I believe in that time there has been only one no-show due to the regular person calling in sick, but we received a phone call ahead of time communicating that they could not find a replacement. A few times, there have been some last minute changes in personnel or a call indicating they would be a few minutes late, but, at other times they have provided people at odd hours on very short notice. So, overall, we have been very pleased with their performance in a very difficult occupation and plan to continue utilizing their services.

Through 7 months of going back and forth about medical care with my brother , many discussions and frustration on both of our sides I always feel it is necessary to update either way good or not so good . Teresa has listened and been receptive and not so receptive and I'm guilty of the same . We have definitely one thing in common the well being of my brother . She has stayed through arguments, discussions and we both want what is best for my brother's care and emotional well being and support . She is the only LVN in the facility and that a tremendous amount of care for one person and I now understand that .
