My daughter delivered at Clovis Community Medical Center on 8/2/2026…read more We cannot say enough wonderful things about the Labor and Delivery team/Post Partum Team. From the moment my daughter arrived, every member of the staff provided exceptional care with professionalism, compassion, and kindness. They were prompt in responding to every need, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made our family feel supported throughout the entire experience. The personalized attention they gave my daughter made all the difference. They treated her with genuine care and respect, ensuring she felt comfortable, safe, and confident during one of the most important moments of her life. Their expertise and calm demeanor helped create a positive and memorable birth experience. We are especially grateful for the outstanding care that helped welcome our beautiful granddaughter into the world. Thank you to the entire Labor and Delivery team for making such a special day even more meaningful. We will always remember your compassion, dedication, and excellence in patient care. You truly made our family feel like we were in the best hands.

Unfortunately, I was transferred back and forth between departments 2-3 times and had difficulty getting a clear answer. At one point, the call was even disconnected/hung up. I understand that hospitals can be busy, but communication and customer service should be much better, especially for something as important as delivery and labor registration. As a large hospital, there should be a clearer process and better communication between departments so patients are not left confused or frustrated. I hope the hospital can improve this process and provide better support for expecting mothers who need assistance with preregistration.

I am very disappointed with the way my situation was handled at St. Agnes Hospital…read more On May 2, 2026, I visited my aunt, who was passing away. Around 9:00 p.m., I took my younger cousins to the food court to get something to eat and distract them from everything that was happening. While getting a bottle of water from one of the refrigerators, my finger was suddenly slammed in the door, immediately turning purple. The pain was intense. When I checked out at the register, I explained what had happened to the cashier. Rather than showing concern, the cashier chuckled and simply asked whether I needed ice. No incident report was created, and no one appeared to care about what had happened. That same night, my aunt passed away, so my focus was understandably on my family rather than the injury to my finger. However, the pain became severe, and I was unable to sleep because the nerve pain was shooting up my entire arm. The following day, I returned to the hospital and spoke with a manager in the food court. I explained what had occurred and asked why no incident report had been filed. The manager contacted security, and I was escorted to the emergency room to have my finger evaluated. I was treated by Dr. Fiscus, who had to burn a hole in my fingernail to relieve the blood buildup. Upon discharge, I signed paperwork and was informed by a staff member that St. Agnes Hospital would be covering the bill because the accident had occurred in the food court. Despite this assurance, I have continued to receive bills from Vituity and Trinity and have spent considerable time speaking with multiple people who now claim that St. Agnes is not responsible. I am extremely disappointed that a hospital with a religious mission has handled this situation in such an uncaring and inconsistent manner. I feel that I was misled regarding responsibility for my medical expenses, and I am especially concerned that I was never contacted by Risk Management despite being told that the matter would be addressed. I am requesting that someone from Risk Management contact me as soon as possible to discuss this incident and provide clarification regarding the outstanding bills related to the injury that occurred on hospital property.

TLDR: Dr Kerr and the staff at this urgent care are 10/10 fantastic, they are amazing!!!!…read more Firstly, I was shocked to find an urgent care that had such a high rating. Most medical facilities struggle to keep good reviews because lack of staffing cause long wait times and quick interactions. Secondly, I was shocked that the urgent care wasn't extremely busy and that I was brought into the back within 15 minutes of my arrival. Thirdly, I was so so IMPRESSED with how kind, and just happy my doctor was. I don't meet too many doctors who really strike a cord with me, but DR.KERR was genuinely just such a nice doctor. I was seen for a kidney infection, I knew the symptoms, had experienced them a year before, after a quick urine test he agreed. He said he'd prescribe a tablet to take once a day for 10 days, if I experienced fever to go to the ER. I asked if he knew how fast the CVS right next door would possibly fill that prescription (dumb question-that isn't something most doctors are really going to know, but I have word vomit sometimes) and he said it could take anywhere from an hour to longer. He asked if I ever used them before and I said no. He then said he wanted to give me an antibiotic shot that would at least cover me for 24 hours in case they didn't get the prescription filled that night, which was AMAZING. He didn't have to do that at all. I am so thankful that he did, though. CVS didn't get the prescription filled until late. I went to bed in a lot of pain due to the kidney infection, but that shot did it's job and by this morning I am as good as new!!!!! I'm still going to grab my prescription after work today, because following the treatment plan all the way through is how it gets fixed and doesn't just flare back up in a couple days, but I cannot express how fantastic Dr. Kerr and really ALL of the staff was.

We are new to the area, have scheduled doctors appointments with a family doctor and a GYN next…read moremonth to establish care. So being without a GP or GYN I came to this location because I feel like I have a kidney infection. The lack of any kind of attempt at human connection in this office is astounding. There's no one to help you with check-in, you're immediately pointed to a QR code where you fill out all of the paperwork yourself. Once the receptionist has that, she points you to a machine IN THE WAITING ROOM to get your vitals. Everything from weight and temperature to blood pressure and oxygen numbers is done by one of those machines you generally see at Walmart that you sit and put your arm in. WTF? That machine prints out a paper that you give to the receptionist. Because I was there thinking I have a kidney infection, she handed me a urine specimen cup, and told me to go into the bathroom, again, in the waiting room. A basket in the waiting room for the collection of your investments already had someone else's specimen in it. With their information on it. I'm sorry but HIPAA who? I then sat back down until called back to go to a room. A nurse didn't come in the room to talk to me or anything. I sent to room 3 to wait. I sat in my room for half an hour, listening to the full exam of a kid in the room next to me because the walls are really thin, before a doctor come in to tell me that because I drink a lot of water, my urine was clear... dilute ... and that it could be an ovarian cyst or even appendicitis, she doesn't know what's causing the pain in my lower back, that I should go to the emergency room to get imagining done and they could tell me what's causing the pain in my back around my kidneys and the malaise. So not only did I just pay my co-pay, but I was also charged an extra fee for urinalysis, something I've never had done before in any doctors office in my life. I walked out feeling like I just wasted my money and my time. If you've got something really simple like a sinus infection, I feel like this would be a good option. But for anything else? No... and now to the ER I go. UPDATE: I noticed the rebuttal the manager of the office posted below, and no, they are not telling the truth. There was a name, first and last name on that cup of urine that was sitting in the bathroom when I went in. And the person who went in after me had to look at my cup that had my first and last name on it as well as the previous cup. I'm not going to let them sit here and gaslight me

This is especially important in a place like this, where patients are likely to be feeling on edge and unwell. Both times I've been here, my wait time has been very reasonable. One of my visits was for a moderately embarrassing issue and the doctor and MA helped me feel comfortable and I didn't feel any sort of judgement from either of them. My concerns were addressed both times I visited this urgent care and my issues were resolved. I ended up establishing care with one of the PAs there, Sam, and he has been excellent. He takes the time to actually remember who I am, remembers details from previous visits, and makes every appointment feel personal rather than rushed. We've had really good discussions about my overall health, lifestyle, things I'm doing well, and areas where I can improve. It feels collaborative instead of transactional, which is honestly rare to find. Whenever I've brought up issues that are outside the scope of primary care, he has had no problem referring me to specialists, and I also appreciate that he follows up on that care afterward instead of just sending you off and forgetting about it. Overall, I've been very happy with the care I've received here, and I genuinely hope I'm able to continue seeing Sam for a long time. DENISE was the nurse in charge of overall care for my dad after his week of having a heart attack, an angioplasty, a day later sent to St Agnes for a double Stent procedure, then back to Kaiser for recovery and later his discharge from Kaiser. Whew... she was absolutely amazing throughout our hospital ordeal with my 92 year old Korean War Era Veteran father. He is hard of hearing with a beginning onset of dementia. Not necessarily an easy patient to care for at times... She was the RN in charge of that 4th floor cardiac section over seeing multiple patients, room changes (dad age 92 had 2 changes himself 418 to 403 in order to provide him better care and personal security) as well as various other challenges coming from all sides. Throughout it all, Denise and her staff maintained a Profesional, Caring and Friendly experience. She quietly calmed all our fears, explained procedures time and again, and encouraged us with her smiling and easy going manner. She scooted from room to room, keyboard to keyboard and conferred with Dr's., Staff and other hospital divisions regarding Kaiser patient's needs both in person and on the phone. 10 STARS FOR HER EXCELLENCE , PATIENT SUPPORT, AND PERSONAL HEARTFELT CARING ACTIONS!!! I know to her its just all part of the job, but to us, we all truly appreciate her, Jasmine, Trish, Christina, Marisol, Dr Nathan, Dr Abdul, and many other Kaiser hospital staff not mentioned here. Ron was the officer in charge of ID badges for hospital entry and security. He was our first morning contact with Kaiser that week and he was always soft spoken, kind hearted and patient. Mom is 92 and he always had a smile and compliment for her making her smile all the way to the elevator door. Kudos to all. Yes, I must admit as in any hospital stay there were a few snags with an occasional speedbump with a narcissistic Dr. But... overall, a very positive experience, especially with ALL the nursing staff. At discharge time, Denise would again answer our new questions and give recommendations for dad's home care which had us look more closely into dad's medical history for the best treatment and healing techniques for him. HER awesome people/nursing skills kept this review Positive!!! 10 STARS rating. Denise is a definite asset to your medical/nursing staff. I highly recommend you issue her a raise/bonus for being exceptionally Great at caring and doing everything she can for Kaiser and it's patients in our Fresno community before another HMO steals her away. community.

Because of that, I wake up earlier than usual and make sure I arrive 15-30 minutes before my scheduled time. Despite this, I am consistently waiting over an hour past my appointment time before being seen. This is not a one-time issue -- it happens every visit. If I were an hour late, I'm certain I would be told to reschedule, so it's frustrating that patients' time is not given the same respect. On top of that, some staff members come across as rude and uninterested, as if they don't want to be there. When patients are already dealing with pain or injuries, a little professionalism and courtesy would go a long way. If there were other options available, I would choose them. I hope management addresses the scheduling delays and customer service, because this experience has been consistently disappointing.
