Earlier this month, one of my bottles had a foggy color to it, which concerned me since I had never been told that higher mineral content could cause that appearance and with having a new born in the home and trying to stay healthy it did concern me. When I brought it back in today, the employee was kind enough to pour it out and refill it, which I appreciated. However, after leaving and returning to fill another container, I was informed by the owner that they are no longer offering alkaline water only the standard option. That was disappointing, especially since alkaline water was the main reason I chose this location. What made the situation worse was how it was handled. Instead of understanding my confusion and simply explaining the change professionally, the interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. A little communication and customer care would have gone a long way in keeping a loyal client. I've spent a significant amount of money here over time and never expected to feel disrespected or spoken to as if I were the problem. Unfortunately, because of how this was handled, I will be taking my business elsewhere and making the extra drive to a location that values its customers. * My receipt of the day; I was gonna buy 2 more bottles as well but that was a disappointment.

Their system here is remineralized. Which is wonderful. But when I asked the owner what was added back in he didn't know what was added and really how other than through natural minerals and some sort of calcium. So I would prefer to go to a place that I can know what is going back into my water if anything at all. Also this is self service which as a smaller woman I would prefer help.
