My one piece of advice to those dancers who are getting fit in pointe shoes for the first time or couple first times is to request Laurie Gustin as a fitter or one of the gals who has experience dancing on pointe. The other staff there is super nice and helpful if you already have an idea of what you're looking for but if it's your first time getting fit you want to be working with someone who really understands the ins and outs of pointe shoes

The entire time I was there, the store owners were yelling at each other and the woman would not stop cursing the man the entire time she walked around the store fixing stuff. After a while, I ended up finding a book that I wanted to give my niece when the woman came by, fixed some random book on the shelf behind me and said, "Don't touch the books if you aren't going to put them back correctly." Excuse me? I didn't even touch that book. I immediately put the book I was going to buy back and walked out the store. Incredibly rude to each other and their customers. Many shelves are bending and I wouldn't be surprised if they broke and books came crashing down on someone's head. Stay away from here!

They were able to take it apart and get it squared away with a fantastic turn around time. My repair was quick, but I was also super happy with the employees taking time to trouble shoot with me and determine that my switch dock was also fried, contributing to the problem with my diagnosis. Either way, I ended up spending a reasonable amount instead of buying a new console. I would highly recommend.

Selection isn't quite as big as some other game stores I've visited in the Valley, likely because they just don't have enough storefront space for it, but I think the gaming space in the back is a worthwhile sacrifice for the community aspect. Game prices are recommended market value, but they did have a small sale and used section. The used section was priced fairly, pretty in line with what I see from hobbyists on FB groups and marketplace.
