Easy to use service stations both inside and out. Outside is 24 hr service! They have great options and a clean shop.

They have good water. I like how you buy points and just use the points instead of having to get your wallet out each time.

The Water Store - My receipt of the day; I was gonna buy 2 more bottles as well but that was a disappointment.

Earlier this month, one of my bottles had a foggy color to it, which concerned me since I had never been told that higher mineral content could cause that appearance and with having a new born in the home and trying to stay healthy it did concern me. When I brought it back in today, the employee was kind enough to pour it out and refill it, which I appreciated. However, after leaving and returning to fill another container, I was informed by the owner that they are no longer offering alkaline water only the standard option. That was disappointing, especially since alkaline water was the main reason I chose this location. What made the situation worse was how it was handled. Instead of understanding my confusion and simply explaining the change professionally, the interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. A little communication and customer care would have gone a long way in keeping a loyal client. I've spent a significant amount of money here over time and never expected to feel disrespected or spoken to as if I were the problem. Unfortunately, because of how this was handled, I will be taking my business elsewhere and making the extra drive to a location that values its customers. * My receipt of the day; I was gonna buy 2 more bottles as well but that was a disappointment.

Clean friendly and affordable service each time. Appreciate having them in the neighborhood.read more

I have mixed feelings about this shop. I love supporting a local business, and the people here are very nice. They have a decent selection of fish, and many that are uncommon at other similar stores. Their display tank is pretty. They are one of the few places that sells corals. Not all fish stores have cleaning crews available, but they have a good selection of shrimp, crabs, and snails. Also they are the closest store of this type to my home. But they just don't take great care of a lot of their tanks. This seems to be an issue at most aquarium livestock stores, but that's no excuse. It makes me question wanting to support them when I see depressed looking fish swimming around. Maybe they just got them, or maybe they are sick....but there are usually at least a few that just don't look happy. Yesterday I saw a poor tang that looked completely malnourished. Along with this most of their coral tanks were in need of some TLC. Their frags had aiptasia, and were not bright and vibrant as they should be. On our most recent visit my husband and I just bought food and some hermit crabs. There are signs all around marking sales, a lot of the fish say they are 30% off, and the invertebrates were supposed to be 15% off if you bought at least $25.00 worth. When we checked out the cashier gave us our total, and I asked if we'd received the additional discount. She shrugged rather unapologetically and said, "No," but that she could add it. Um....I shouldn't have to remind you of that. The customer before us had to tell her to add a discount as well. If you're going to have all these "sales," your associates should know what they are. Maybe she was new, but I don't want to have to be "that person" that questions the price on everything when I'm checking out. This isn't all to say it's a bad place to do your aquarium shopping. I really want to like it. But just keep these things in mind when visiting. If nothing else at least if you buy a fish you can take him home and maybe give him a little better life. Note: They offer 10% off livestock for your first Yelp Check-In.
