I asked the woman if I could use the bathroom and I offered to pay her and she denied me and said it was for customers only. I offered to put money in the machine and start the washer and she said I couldn't do that and she would still deny me even though I'd be a pain customer at that point. She saw me with my child who is special needs and had a smirk on her face when she told me no. All in all it looks like a decent place to do laundry. I do feel like it's rude and it should be illegal and most likely is to deny a caretaker of somebody who is special needs or anybody of that sort. Also you don't know what medical issues someone has and if I had to get to a point to take off my clothes and throw them in the washer would that have make her happy or was she be happy to deny me still? I know people reserve the right to refuse service to anyone but I wasn't being rude and it's the only available bathroom in the shopping center. Most laundromats have it set up to where you pay either a quarter or 50 cents to use the bathroom. This woman was like a troll gatekeeping the bathroom from people. Most places who are upstanding businesses have name tags for their employees this woman refused to give me her name. She completely lied to the owner about what I said to her when I tried to tell her three times I had to use the bathroom and she said I changed my story every time but I did not I added to it explaining that my child was special needs. I get that some people might have bad days but it was hot out and I'm not about to go pee out in public and I'm not a guy so it's not like I can pee in a bottle in my car and throw it out the window like half the guys do. What about all of the service drivers like uber and Lyft if you think about it where can they use the bathroom. I thought by law if a woman's pregnant they cannot be denied the bathroom but I'm sure this woman would have a smirk on her face and happy to deny somebody which hopefully someone does do that that way this business can get turned in. I've already contacted the better Business bureau and I'm waiting for a reply to see what we can do about this situation and the people running it the owner should be proud of their employees right.

This is much higher than dozens of laundry places in San Diego. The city took over street parking for bike lanes and this is terrible for this area There is only one street space on Park Blvd. for the entire block for disability parking. The back of Park & Laundry is an inclined ramp. Absolutely not safe for wheelbound persons or anyone with balance circumstances. Complimentary WIFI for current customers. Bathroom. Attendant on duty at all times.

I recently visited Super Wash and Dry on a Friday evening, around 7:30 PM, expecting to use their…read moredryers. According to their posted hours, they close at 10:00 PM, and the last wash is at 8:00 PM. However, when I entered, the woman who identified herself as the manager was extremely rude and began yelling at my boyfriend, insisting that he remove his clothes from the dryer. When he explained that his clothes were already drying, she threatened to lock him out, even though it was well before closing time. This isn't the first time that customers have reported such behavior from this individual, and it's clear that the business owner doesn't seem to be involved in managing the establishment. Overall, I would strongly recommend that potential customers take their business elsewhere, as the service and treatment are unacceptable.
