I recently visited Super Wash and Dry on a Friday evening, around 7:30 PM, expecting to use their…read moredryers. According to their posted hours, they close at 10:00 PM, and the last wash is at 8:00 PM. However, when I entered, the woman who identified herself as the manager was extremely rude and began yelling at my boyfriend, insisting that he remove his clothes from the dryer. When he explained that his clothes were already drying, she threatened to lock him out, even though it was well before closing time. This isn't the first time that customers have reported such behavior from this individual, and it's clear that the business owner doesn't seem to be involved in managing the establishment. Overall, I would strongly recommend that potential customers take their business elsewhere, as the service and treatment are unacceptable.

She brought me back to the office to create a profile for me, she was very thorough with the process and made it easy , thank you Ms. Nayeli for the warm welcome It took roughly around 2.5 hours for me to get my pick up text , and i was then greeted by a Ms. Shiela or Sheena , my apologies it was a bit busy so i could not hear your name. But i too was warmly welcomed by her and if you are looking for a laundry establishment to get your laundry done, i highly recommend Swissh & Go I also wanted to thank the owner for showcasing his shadow box , i am a son of a veteran and wanted to thank the owner for his service to this country and his awesome laundry establishment.

Which means ALOT of the machines are reserved and not available for outside customers. Why not do the outside clients laundry after hours when nobody is trying to use the machines? Then instead of taping off TEN machines- you'd have every machine avail. Wouldn't that mean faster turnover at night? We've already found another Laundromat down the road. It's a shame because I've been going here for 10 years.

I used to wash my clothes sometimes twice and rewash them and soak them here. I hadn't been here for a year and I recently came back and they have BRAND NEW WASHERS. These washers wash incredibly good. I no longer have to use the top washer. I use the front loading washer now. It has a setting where it pre-washes the clothes rinses them and then I add detergent and it washes it a second time for me. It even has a setting where it'll wash your clothes essentially three times and rinse it twice. It has a setting where it can wash your clothes for almost 40 minutes. My clothes smells so fresh when they come out I use Purcell detergent and I started using borax the laundry booster. And a new rinse additive. I only pay a dollar more to double and triple wash my clothes sometimes two dollars more depending but it's very affordable. You don't have to worry about mold in the washer from an old washer or eating your coins and having to try to figure out how to get your money back. My clothes come out smelling fresh like the detergent I use as opposed to stale like they need to be re-washed again. It's amazing! I highly recommend.

The machines take liquid detergent and powder detergents The coins/tokens machine was very convenient and there is even an app that allows you to pay from your phone. The place exceeded my expectations - clean, efficient and the "oldies" music was great! I would definitely use them again in the future.

Then throw $1.25 in the dryer which buys me 35 min which on high heat works well for me. The one and only time I had a problem here was my fault. After waiting my normal 30 min on my laundry I was ready to dry my clothes only to find out the smelled like dirty laundry. On furtherinspection they looked like dirty laundry. Evidently I failed to hit start button. I reloaded machine and hit start. No need for additional coins since none were used 30 min later they were ready for the dryer. Then 35 min later they were ready to be folded or hung. They came out fine as always. The owner isn't particularly friendly. He's not rude mean or unfriendly, He's just not friendly. Perhaps because he's there to clean up the place, cash out machines, and preping the place to close. He did allow me to park over night once when my car failed to start. So with all the positive I've said why 4 stars instead of 5? It's a cultural thing. Just as his all business deal with me is cultural. I expect to be treated as a friend or family when I'm a regular somewhere. This hasn't happened and I've been coming here for years. Not once has he ever spoken to me first. Never asks how I'm doing. I spent 75¢ on their detergent dispenser and nothing came out. There is no daytime attendant, so I was out of luck. Both of their coin machines were out of service as well. I went to the store next door for change, and they barely had any quarters because everyone needed change. Their sink doesn't even work. Washers work well, dryers are decent. Lots of "out of order" signs on machines. The only saving grace were the helpful customers that day. One person spared some detergent, another told me where to get change, and another told me which dryers worked best. I won't be back, at least during the daytime when there aren't any attendants.

I walked into this laundromat hoping to do a simple load of laundry, not participate in what I can only describe as a war crime against the senses. The moment I stepped in, I was hit with a smell that can only be described as *boiled regret*. Turns out, someone (or something) had spilled what had to be at least two gallons of hotdog water *into* one of the machines--and the staff just shrugged like this was normal. I asked if the machines were sanitized. The employee looked me dead in the eye and said, *"It's mostly just water, right?"* Sir, no. It's not just water. It's the liquid essence of meat tubes. My clothes came out smelling like a 4th of July cookout hosted in a dumpster. To make matters worse, the vending machine only had expired snacks, and the bathroom door was held shut with a mop handle. If you're considering doing laundry here, just rub your clothes on a tree in the rain--you'll get better results and retain your dignity. Avoid. Unless you're a raccoon with a taste for nitrates.

I also had a white church robe that had brownish hue near the collar, and wine and coffee stains throughout. I had sent it to another cleaner before coming to Valhalla cleaners, and they weren't able to get rid of the stains. However, that wasn't the case for Valhalla Cleaners. They did a fantastic job at removing all the white stains from my white robe. Other services performed at this establishment included downsizing the width and length of my jeans, and dry cleaning my corduroy pants. Everything came out perfect. 10/10 for customer service, dry cleaning value, and size altering. Thank you for all your hard work.

I'm rating this a 1 Star because the lady that works there I think she's homeless & she has a grown son. I think her name is Gina. She was very rude to me. I have been going to this Laundrymat way before she started working there. She brings in all her drug addict friends inside to charge their phones & wash for free. She lets her drug addict friends in the restroom even though sometimes they are not washing. The cameras in this place are all fake which sucks. It's sad that the owners don't know what she is really doing. They need to keep an eye on her or get rid of her. Ever since she started working there it has gotten so bad. She was harrassing me one day because she didn't think I washed there. She was outside hanging with her crackhead friends when I came in to wash. She finally decides to come back inside & approach me as I was putting my clothes in the dryer & she asked me if I had washed there. I told her yes but then she says well I didn't see you wash! What? At this point she's accusing me of lying. Then she goes around asking the other customers if they had seen me wash. What? Who does that? Very unprofessional. I would like to give a very special thank you to an employee her name is Rachel and I'm saying this now because I have a broken foot and she helped me do my laundry. Butt I have been there so many other times and she's just so helpful and kind and I mean sometimes that place could be so crowded and she'll find a way for you to get done what you came to do she's very aware of the closing and where it should go and how to wash it and then with that smile she has in the peacefulness that I see in her face I just want to thank her so much before being there for me each and every time I came there it was her I believe once I came and it was a man and he wasn't very nice at all and I swore to myself that I would never come back until 9 news today that Rachel would be working all I have to say you have a very good employee on your hands that lady works really hard he always busy doing things washing windows mopping floors cleaning this cleaning that and I just want her to know that she's appreciated and I want your company to know that I appreciate you for hiring a person like that she's very professional and who can actually be that way and in my dream that obviously it's so because this young lady has shown me that this can be done so I just wanted to just stop for a minute and say thank you to her. read more

This is the best place to do laundry at I can literally get 7 loads of laundry done in 30 minutes they have the big washers that hold 7 loads and then the big industrial dryers that hold 7 loads and it all drives in 15 minutes and the dryers are free that's a big bonus so I can do 7 loads of laundry and half an hour total time the place is very very clean the people that work there are so nice and helpful it's just a great place to do your laundry especially after you have a lot to do if you have kids or towels or blankets I mean you're literally in and out of there very quickly I won't do laundry at my apartment complex in the little bitty washers that they have I just do it all at once at the echo laundromat another bonus is the machines take your credit card or debit card so you don't have to get all those quarters even the machine for a soda you can use your credit card and they sell laundry soap and fabric softener in the little machine very reasonable price very clean place to do laundry and it's right next to Big Lots so I can run in there and get a few things while my laundry is going read more

I been using this laundry mat for over two years. Been here all sorts of times morning to late. With the out break of covid19 I knew I had to come in the morning when Justina is working. Anytime I come she is cleaning and making sure everything is looking right. She keeps people from going crazy which is helpful when people are hoarding the carts, and other people need them. She is helpful anytime I ask her a question and she helps if I can't figure out a machine. I try and go in the morning when they open, less crowds and she has the machines clean and continues to clean throughout the day. I really like this place with the free dryer if you wash there. The thing is the people that take advantage make it hard and aren't kind. Another reason why I go when Jusitna is there, she keeps it flowing properly and it doesnt get to hectic. As for the laundry facility its a 5 star place. I come here often to wash my clothes and things..but this lady was horrible...her name is amanda and she works here ..i had a free wash from the last time i was here and she gave me problems and attitude when i came in today i paid for one wash and my other one was free....she didn't pay attention to any costumers often ignoring then for long periods of time attempting to look busy but want doing anything...her boyfriend was here and he was putting things behind the counter and he had all of her attention. My washer brok and did not spin my clothes she refused to help me only giving me yet another shitty attitude speaking to me like she hated me or something....and told me she cant do anything for me i have to pay for another washer or dry it longer...i normally dont complain but her behavior was VERY out of pocket....i was so glad when she left... read more

I just wanted to point out that I have seen this worker at the laundry at night he is Mexican all he does is chat chat with the females doing their laundry and walking around but not cleaning nothing....I've seen him alot and today I came real early to wash more clothes my gosh my washers were freaking dirty I had to ask Gage to please clean them for me and it was nobody yet doing laundry. I find it very disrespectful for the guy at night being very communicative with the women there instead of doing his job. This morning floors were disgusting and washers had dry soap n softener from the night before. No questions about the condition and quality of the equipment as they have proven themselves to me and I'll tell ya why. I've visited the other eco laundry locations and the washers are rough on your clothes but you get free drying... sorry Id rather pay a darn quarter for 8 mins of spot on drying that's quick and my clothes come out the same size and not scorched. I drive from Point Loma - Ocean Beach area just to be able to get my laundry done my way. I'm very picky too! Well worth the drive and plenty of parking. Rae is one of the attendants and she is here every time I come and is an awesome person. Eco Laundry at 1043 E Main in El Cajon is the best laundromat in town! I tried a few after arriving here in CA, they weren't good. Then I read some reviews about this place, (which I'm at right now), and it's great! The washers are newer, energy efficient, and wash well. The dryers are also energy efficient, and are free! The facilities are maintained well, the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Terrific place all the way around! PS: Happy Birthday Carrie! I recently moved into a small apartment. Sadly, my complex doesn't have washers or dryers. I have passed this laundry mat quite a few times and it seemed very inviting. Last week I came in and did a few loads. I don't remember the young lady's name, but she had red hair and a few tattoo's on her arm. She showed me the larger washer because I was washing my blanket. I tried putting it in a smaller washer & it wouldn't fit. She noticed me while I was headed towards the door with my blanket after a failed attempt to wash. Quickly, she told me that she had a larger washer and I was able to wash my blanket. It was my first time going there & I will be returning. I hope that she will be there the next time I come in just in case I have any further questions. read more

Great Spot! Friendly! Clean and Organized! You Pay for Wash and Dry for FREE! Staff is Awesome and Polite! The only thing that was bad that People who do there Laundry to take something that does not belong to you and you think it gives you the right to take it and make it yours, is so disrespectful, rude, and disgusting thing ever you could do is steal from others who might of just forget about it by accidentally and to realize when you call and they tell you that your item is not here anymore. Eco Laundry is a corrupt establishment. The employee Gina is aggressively confrontational to customers. She publicly harrassed me at my car repeatedly while I was getting my children ready to enter the laundromat. I remained quiet and honestly confused by her aggression as i communicated already that my 3 children were in the car. My son who is autistic started crying noticing this stranger circling our car. She proceeded to yell in front of the laundromat "Dont come back!!". Later when i tried to call the manager, Gina answered the phone "Sanchos taco shop", then she harrassed me by calling me back on my phone and hanging up. I will now be filing charges against this establishment for harrassment. read more

I just came here yesterday. Because my Apt washers eat quarters and are broken most of the time. The attendant Gage was really helpful showing me which machines to use and how they work. I was able to do 1 load instead of 2 loads like at the Apt. They have all different sizes of washers and dryers that work and that are clean. I love how the dryers are free. I also like the free Wi-Fi and TV screens plus they have raffle drawings once a month for a $30 Walmart gift card. The regional manager and other lady attendant were also very nice and helpful to me and other customers. I will definitely recommend and use this laundromat now. read more

This place fkn sucks the washers don't sry right and since it's free dryers you have all the ghetto ass people takin up all the dryers an the tweaker white lady lost in back smoking dope while the place "supposedly got robbed " but business is goin still.. she probably smoked the fkn store money they have to use . By far the best and cleanest laundromat in El Cajon. I come once a week and always very clean here. The washers and dryers are amazing. I love the fact if you washer here then you can dry for free. The staff is always busy cleaning and being helpful. Also very friendly. Huge thank you to GINA. She is amazing. I called about forgetting some clothes in the washer and she called me back to verify the clothes that she had in a bag from that day. I was beyond relieved the clothes were still there. I go to this laundromat weekly or biweekly. Before COVID I would bring my four year old daughter. She would play with other kids or by herself on the machines. It is always clean. The staff is extremely friendly (especially the blonde lady. I wish I knew her name). In this time they are keeping their facility clean and safe for everyone. I will keep going here as long as I live in the area. Huge washers and huge free dryers. Also just got new machines. I was excited to learned that today! This will be the only place where I do laundry as long as I live in el cajon & the place where I live at doesn't have a nice, budget friendly laundry room. I most definately enjoy the free WiFi, the crew is always smiling & super friendly, I like that. The place is always clean & kept clean. I have gone thru the magazines that they have for our enjoyment, up on the front counter, so that's neat. I really love this place. Very meticulously cleaned, and sought after. I always had a gloom hanging over my head when it came to using Public laundry mats. This place definitely changed that opinion ten fold. Gage, was extremely helpful and knowledgable of the newly installed dryers. I never saw the gentleman without a smile or not customer servicing a guest. Attention Gage's Boss: He needs a raise!!!! This is the best laundrymat in East county. Gina is my favorite, she's super patient, helpful, and kind. I try to make sure to come whenever she is working. Aside from her, and the rest of the great staff, the place offers free drying, 7.5 load machines (for bedding and big stuff, or like me a months worth of laundry), and a discount when you get there between 10-2 Tuesdays- Thursdays. There's also Foodland (a Mexican grocery store), and Big Lots, right in the same shopping center, in case you wanted to multi task while you waited for your laundry. read more

This was my first time at this laundromat. The lobby is well let and very clean. I showed up a little after 9pm when the close time is 10. Gina, the attendant on duty, was nice enough to let me wash despite the inconvenience I imposed. Gina was very courteous and even helped me load my laundry loads while explaining the details of operating the washers. The washers are a little more expensive, but that cost is offset by the dryers being free and no time limit. Downloaded the app. Set the payment through the app and it was super easy! There were instructions on the side of the machine on how to use it. It was fast! 27minutes. I brought a book and read to kill some time, but they also have TVs throughout. They had stools and a bench. Very pleased with the experience and my bedding is now looking and smelling brand new!

They open really early they have the big washers with I love because you can fit a lot more clothes in them. I recently visited Super Wash and Dry on a Friday evening, around 7:30 PM, expecting to use their…read moredryers. According to their posted hours, they close at 10:00 PM, and the last wash is at 8:00 PM. However, when I entered, the woman who identified herself as the manager was extremely rude and began yelling at my boyfriend, insisting that he remove his clothes from the dryer. When he explained that his clothes were already drying, she threatened to lock him out, even though it was well before closing time. This isn't the first time that customers have reported such behavior from this individual, and it's clear that the business owner doesn't seem to be involved in managing the establishment. Overall, I would strongly recommend that potential customers take their business elsewhere, as the service and treatment are unacceptable.

I walked into this laundromat hoping to do a simple load of laundry, not participate in what I can only describe as a war crime against the senses. The moment I stepped in, I was hit with a smell that can only be described as *boiled regret*. Turns out, someone (or something) had spilled what had to be at least two gallons of hotdog water *into* one of the machines--and the staff just shrugged like this was normal. I asked if the machines were sanitized. The employee looked me dead in the eye and said, *"It's mostly just water, right?"* Sir, no. It's not just water. It's the liquid essence of meat tubes. My clothes came out smelling like a 4th of July cookout hosted in a dumpster. To make matters worse, the vending machine only had expired snacks, and the bathroom door was held shut with a mop handle. If you're considering doing laundry here, just rub your clothes on a tree in the rain--you'll get better results and retain your dignity. Avoid. Unless you're a raccoon with a taste for nitrates.

Two change machines up front. There's a restroom in the back - the door wasn't labeled, someone happened to leave the door open. Sink in the back as well but the paper towel dispenser was empty. Large folding tables. All of the front loading washers are new - sizes ranging from 3 to 8 loads. I never bother with the top loading washers. I used the 6 load washer and it was $4.75. Most of the dryers are new, 25 cents for 6 minutes. There's a lot of unused space in the front, maybe the owner is going to add more machines?? Big parking lot, the curb is green right outside. Vending machines for washing supplies in case you need something and a drink machine. A few chairs in the front to sit while you wait for your laundry.

Now Mega Laundry. There was a lady at the counter for the dry cleaning area, which is a separate room from the laundromat area. They had a fairly quick turnaround for my dry cleaning and from what I can tell, they did a great job on mending the hole. It was a short visit, but I would come back if I need my dry cleaning done.

Staff here friendly, customers bring there things in and sometimes will leave and come back for them. It wasn't a problem this time, but I could see that if there were many customers here this would be. Would I recommend it yes, there's even a little mom and Pop shop across the parking lot that you can go over for snacks or lunch. It's a good area not too busy today. Give them a try if ever in the El Cajon area and thank me later.

We…read morehave been coming here for a while and it is easily one of the cleanest spits in the neighborhood. The machines are usually spotless and the clothes always come out fresh and clean. They offer different load sized which makes laundry day a lot easier. There is an older gentleman, maybe the owner, who keeps the floors and counters clean and well maintained. I have not tried the fluff and fold service, but it looks like a convenient option if you want to skip the folding part. Overall, it is reliable, clean, and comfortable.

For twenty five cents to dry, you get only four minutes. Some other ones only give you three minutes. Finally, when I did get ahold of somebody, I was told that they didn't have any way of helping me. That they couldn't get somebody to come out there and help me until 9 PM remind you, it's like after 10 AM. And I need my clothes!There would be mold and mildew by then from them, sitting in water! All of my clothes were in. That washer, so I had no choice but to try to get the clothes out myself. Since I couldn't get any help, then I was told that there was help. Available from one of the attendants that was there, which that was a lie.There was nobody. Not a single person working!! I messed up my hand on top of that, because since I got my clothes out of the washer.That wouldn't work.I then ended up having to wring out my clothes all by hand!! I spent more than four hours at this laundromat, to wash a couple of loads. Management has poor customer service.The laundry mat sucks.They're overpriced.I would not recommend anybody to come here.
