I recently visited Super Wash and Dry on a Friday evening, around 7:30 PM, expecting to use their dryers. According to their posted hours, they close at 10:00 PM, and the last wash is at 8:00 PM. However, when I entered, the woman who identified herself as the manager was extremely rude and began yelling at my boyfriend, insisting that he remove his clothes from the dryer. When he explained that his clothes were already drying, she threatened to lock him out, even though it was well before closing time. This isn't the first time that customers have reported such behavior from this individual, and it's clear that the business owner doesn't seem to be involved in managing the establishment. Overall, I would strongly recommend that potential customers take their business elsewhere, as the service and treatment are unacceptable. read more

The prices are very reasonable, and they have a big variety of sizes of both washers and dryers to pick from. It's very clean and the 2 ladies that work here are super nice and helpful. I spent about $12 for what would have been 4-5 loads in machines, but did all of mine in one giant washer and dryer and was outta there in less than hour. I come here once a week to wash my bed. It can get a little pack on weekends so the earlier the better. In the beginning when I started coming I was asked as well as I read other reviews from the last who works there am I washing here like if I was coming to steal quarters out of the machine ! I really have no complaints about the place except the fact I was sitting at the barstool in the front yesterday and got bite 4 times now my leg is swollen from one of the bites ! The washing machines where I usually do laundry were all occupied so I decided to try this place, as I was nearby it. The place was somewhat packed, but a good amount of washers and dryers were available. Most machines take quarters (they have machines for change) but some dryers and some washers also take debit/credit card swipes. The dryers are very large in size and every quarter you put in there, gives you 8 minutes. The place is nice and clean and WiFi is offered. There is also a snack vending machine and one for several drinks/sodas. The best part about this place was the helpful employee Alejandra. She was attentive and looked to assist every step of the way (including when the vending machine did not drop the drink). Only reason it's 4 star, is because the prices for the washing machines aren't the cheapest and I didn't even use the large ones. The small ones (of which I used 4) were $3.50 to operate. read more

How to begin with so much disappointment I came here to do six loads of laundry, and forgot to start one of the washing machines, at 8:11 I realize that so I go to start the machine and I was stopped by an employee telling me the sign says no wash after 8 PM. keep in mind I have a photo for you that shows no such thing. No time whatsoever and the laundromat closes at 9 PM. And the machine I wanted to use washes for only 17 minutes.. then played told me the reason why I couldn't use the machine is because she had to mop that section of the floor. My recommendation is to stay away from this ghetto laundromat. I decided to try this place out, but no thanks. The washers run small, the card machine doesn't work. Then I put my clothes in the dryer. $1.50 on one and $1.75 on another, you only get 5 minutes for each $0.25. Once they were done, well they weren't done. I had to keep putting more money in. They didn't get very hot even though I had them on high heat. I won't be coming here again. read more

I've been here two times. The first time on a weekend I wondered why it was so empty. The second time I came in the middle of the week I found out why. I can read and see the sign says "last load 9 pm strictly enforced." I put one load of laundry in at 8:30 and the attendant wasn't excited that I had no cash on me and had to use the washers with card machines. So in an effort to please them, I went to ATM down the street so I could get cash to do my two other loads of laundry. I got back and it's 8:55. She wasted two minutes of my time to say I couldn't put any more loads of laundry in and pointed at the clock. I pleaded with her that I'm sorry I went to get cash and anyways I still have five minutes, it's not 9 pm yet. 9 pm is 9 pm, that means if it's 8:59 and I already have another load of laundry in, technically I can still start another load. Still she said no I can't. Next thing is the whole place is empty but they wanna tell you what machine to use. She tried to tell me what dryer I could use for the one measly load she let me do. I had it after that and decided forget it, I'd rather take my money elsewhere, no matter how inconvenient in may be. Word of advice to the owners: you want more business in your laundromat? Maybe don't jack up your prices that are already high compared to other places, and don't have your employees designating what machines can be used by paying customers, when clearly your business is ALWAYS empty..despite it being a weekend or weeknight. Maybe the owner will contact me? This place is obviously used to items being stolen. I had a $600 comforter stolen and the attendant told me she thought she knew who took it. When I asked more questions she was too busy to help. You know it's a bad thing when they don't show any compassion or ask to help. Wow!!! Came here to wash my clothes and right away a short Mexican lady comes yelling at me that the change machine is for laundry customers only!!! I said I am doing laundry she said excuse me!!! With attitude!! So I said you know what I am leaving !! Or bed comforter is too big for our washer and dryer at home. So we had to find a laundry mat with machines that are big enough. Found this place on Yelp. It is always clean with plenty of places to sit. They have 3 different sizing of washing machines. Each time I have gone there have been plenty open machines. They offer free internet, there are TVs, and music playing. Thankfully the music is not loud. There is a soap vending machine in the back and a coin machine in the front. Some of the washers take card. Remember to bring your own dryer sheet(s) though. read more

Came in, put my clothes in the laundry machines. I set my alarm on my phone, it takes 21 minutes for the machine to finish. I was waiting in my car, I come back 23 minute later just 2 minutes after my clothes was done. I see the old lady in charge taking out my clothes out from the laundry machines!! I asked her to not touch my clothes and why was she taking them out. She aggressively tells me that you can't put your clothes in the laundry and leave, she also said that there was a costumer waiting to use that machine because it takes cards... I look over and there was literally 6 similar machines as I was using that takes cards, believe it or not the store wasn't even busy... i was trying explain my self, but the old lady seemed hard minded and her English wasn't as great. This place needs to update there time. Says closes at 10pm but it really closes at 8:30. The lady who's mainly there at night is rude and is always chasing people to hurry. Half of the washers don't work and they don't bother putting a sign on them till after it's to late. Promoted as the cleanest laundromat in town, it certainly seems to be. Washers of various sizes are available for $2, $3, $6, and $7.25. Dryers are $0.25 for 8 minutes. Detergent is available for $0.75. They offer fluff and fold service for $0.99/pound but don't post when that might be available. There is a restroom - but is only available for use when the attendant is there to open it for you. The snack and drink vending machines are both out of order - as is one of the change machines. At least parking is free - and most (but not all) of their washers work. WiFi is free but you need to ask the attendant for the required security key info to access it - so if she is not there and you don't already know it, you can't use it. The music playing is quiet and pleasant, and the volume is off on all 4 of their TVs which are set to the same (news) channel. So, basically, this is a good place to come to wash and dry clothes - but don't expect much else. read more

Love this place! Super clean, great hours 6 am to 10 pm, Wish would be till 11 pm, but that's okay. I come here to wash my blankets. They sell snacks and soda, free Wi-Fi . If you bring your own charger you can plug your phone or laptop. They have a fluff and fold service for $0.99 per pound. TV, but can not hear. They use close caption. Great music playing and on-site help if needed. No smoking. It truly is the cleanest laundromat in town, I drive a little bit out of my way to get here . So worth it. And you have an El Pollo Loco near, Nails and Spa and restaurant China 1968 and hair salon in the small complex. Winner!!!! read more

There is always a lady in here cleaning machines and or sweeping. I've never had an issue here. There's a change machine, snack and drink vending machine, Wi-Fi, and tv's. Different sized front loading machines at various prices ($2, $3 for 3 load washer that seems like 2, $6, 2 $7.25), with a few that accept credit card payment. There is a short row of old school washers with a note that it takes 44 minutes versus the newer versions. One size Dryers cost 25 cents for 8 minutes. Well ventilated and some benches to sit. 3 stools with a table and electric outlets if you wanna work while you do laundry. Parking lot can get crowded due to businesses in this small plaza. read more

The cleanest Laundromat I've seen in East county so far. Especially this part of El Cajon I'm very impressed. The attendants are helpful and nice. There's wifi and Tvs. There's even a bar height table with charging stations to plug up your devices. I definitely will keep coming here. Also as a bonus tip you don't have to pay extra for heavy soil cycle. So you get an extra 8 minutes on the wash at the same price! However the new employee that started working there has made my last experience there terrible. 30 minutes before closing time I was told that if I didn't leave by 10:00 the police would be called. very great and mostly clean place. all the machines are up to date and new. i think most loads start at $1 and up and the dryer takes 25 cents per 8 minutes to dry. free wi-fi, snack vending machine, video games (lol) and an overall clean and caring atmosphere. i havent been here in a while but i highly recommend coming here to do your laundry. only minus is that sometimes it gets really packed, i guess during peak hours, and all the cheap dollar machines are mostly taken. but other than that, no complaints and i see no reason to not like this place :D! read more

Ive been coming here for a while now, and I am still very impressed. The same great ladies running the show and holy moly do they work hard to keep it clean! The staff is easy to talk to and get along with, the machines are maintained as well as can be in a heavy duty shop, and so clean and quiet compared to some others. the only bummer right now is the soda machine is busted, but should be fixed soon. Things break and this world is not perfect, keep that in mind and youll be just fine. read more
