I asked the woman if I could use the bathroom and I offered to pay her and she denied me and said it was for customers only. I offered to put money in the machine and start the washer and she said I couldn't do that and she would still deny me even though I'd be a pain customer at that point. She saw me with my child who is special needs and had a smirk on her face when she told me no. All in all it looks like a decent place to do laundry. I do feel like it's rude and it should be illegal and most likely is to deny a caretaker of somebody who is special needs or anybody of that sort. Also you don't know what medical issues someone has and if I had to get to a point to take off my clothes and throw them in the washer would that have make her happy or was she be happy to deny me still? I know people reserve the right to refuse service to anyone but I wasn't being rude and it's the only available bathroom in the shopping center. Most laundromats have it set up to where you pay either a quarter or 50 cents to use the bathroom. This woman was like a troll gatekeeping the bathroom from people. Most places who are upstanding businesses have name tags for their employees this woman refused to give me her name. She completely lied to the owner about what I said to her when I tried to tell her three times I had to use the bathroom and she said I changed my story every time but I did not I added to it explaining that my child was special needs. I get that some people might have bad days but it was hot out and I'm not about to go pee out in public and I'm not a guy so it's not like I can pee in a bottle in my car and throw it out the window like half the guys do. What about all of the service drivers like uber and Lyft if you think about it where can they use the bathroom. I thought by law if a woman's pregnant they cannot be denied the bathroom but I'm sure this woman would have a smirk on her face and happy to deny somebody which hopefully someone does do that that way this business can get turned in. I've already contacted the better Business bureau and I'm waiting for a reply to see what we can do about this situation and the people running it the owner should be proud of their employees right.

Which means ALOT of the machines are reserved and not available for outside customers. Why not do the outside clients laundry after hours when nobody is trying to use the machines? Then instead of taping off TEN machines- you'd have every machine avail. Wouldn't that mean faster turnover at night? We've already found another Laundromat down the road. My chips got stuck in the vending machine here lol and the manager here opened the machine to give them to me, so I was grateful for that. A single load costs $3.25 and a triple load costs about $4, and everything is paid by quarters here so make sure to bring cash or your coins. There's no option to pay with card in the machines. There are a few chairs and tables for you to rest at while you wait for your laundry so you could even bring a snack here and eat, if you're hungry. Parking is easy here since this laundromat has about 10 spots in the back. You can access the lot by going into an alley off Howard Avenue.
