    Centrelake is at it again!!! Cancelling CTscan appointments. I don't know if they're SELLING APPOINTMENTS or SIMPLY JUST DON'T WANT TO DO CTscans and Petscans. I have been dealing with 5 cancellations in just a year. This time it took me 2 days to get a CTscan (Pomona location) appointment while getting hung up on twice and transferred to the wrong person 4 times. I had to literally drive to the location while I was still on hold for 47 mins to find out why this was happening. I finally got my appointment for Tuesday October 1st at 4:15pm. Then yesterday September 20th at 4:24pm I receive a call asking me if I would like to take an earlier appointment on Monday September 23rd at 5:15pm because the manager is scheduling the tech on Mondays now. I say "Sure. Just as long as I don't get a call from the office that you're going to cancel my appointment again." Not even 24 hours after this change in appointment I receive a call this morning Saturday September 21st at 7:48AM telling me she needed to CHANGE MY APPOINTMENT!!!! I said "NO, you guys changed my appointment yesterday from October 1st and you promised me you wouldn't cancel me AGAIN." My mothers Liver Cancer went from a small surgery removal needed to 60% because of the 3 Pet scan cancellations last summer from the Ontario location. One the tech needed to go on vacation. Second the tech called off, because apparently there's only one tech who runs the PetScan out of Ontario. And the 3rd time the machine was supposedly broken. Then on September 4th they called me to cancel her CT scan AGAIN for the very next day for September 5th at 4:42pm!!! (West Covina) Claiming they didn't have the referral. This was a complete lie because they had the referral to make the appointment in June and I told her I had a copy from the insurance company as well. She threatened to give the appointment away with out the referral. Either West Covina, Pomona and Ontario are SELLING APPOINTMENTS OR DOING SOMETHING ELSE ILLEGAL to be cancelling appointments 5 times now. I can only imagine how many more people they're doing this too and the damage to people health that need these scans urgently. I will filing a complaint with the California Medical Board and whom ever else I find will benefit an investigation on these locations and Company. I will also be obtaining a lawyer for advice on what to do with the blatant disregard of cancer and other serious health issues that this company has put people in harms way. My last complaint (3rd cancellation) I did a review and received a company email stating that this issue would be looked at, and absolutely nothing has been addressed. I have compiled the company email, call logs, dates and times for all these cancellations in preparation for a lawsuit against Centrelake and it's mishandling of people lives. I would like a corporate executive to reach out to me with this matter ASAP. I wish I could give ZERO stars. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LOVED ONES , FIND ANOTHER COMPANY.

    CANCELED TWICE! LAST MINUTE! I get there and they tell me they called me and it's all a LIE! So inconvenient! Took 2 days off from work.

    Staff allowed a young man to wait in the lobby while coughing. What a JOKE. My spouse had to tell the staff to do something.

    Worst place to get xray.. original front desk said 30-45 min wait. actual wait time is 2 hours! will definitely come back.

    The staff here are truly wonderful!…read more I've been dreading getting my first mammogram since I've heard some horror stories from my coworkers about how painful and invasive they are. Although, from scheduling my imaging to the actual appointment itself, the staff at Alinea have put me at ease and made the process quick and simple. I first spoke to Angelica to schedule my appointment and she answered all my questions and was really just so personable on the phone. I received several reminder texts until the day of my appointment with detailed instructions on how to get to the facility which was nice. On the day of my appointment the checkin was easy and quick. The facility was also very nice and clean. Patricia who did my mammogram was also extremely friendly and put me at ease, she walked me through everything that was happening and made sure I was doing alright. She was also open to answering any questions I had. The whole thing only took about 15 minutes and I did feel some discomfort but overall nothing painful and I would highly recommend getting imaging done here at Alinea!

I arrived, filled out the paperwork (one page) and the wait was less than 5 minutes. The tech was friendly, and she knew what she was doing. The mammogram was seamless, took less than 10 minutes. I was told would get my results in two / three weeks. I got it in four days! All is well!! Highly recommend D. Wood

    Terrible experience, let me count the ways: - Did you know…read morethat even if this place is in network with your health insurance, because this place is affiliated with a HOSPITAL, your co-insurance and their rates are 5 TIMES higher than if you went to a regular imaging facility. Eg. Diagnostic Medical Group, or United Medical Imaging Healthcare. Save money and go to a regular imaging facility! - appointments are hard to get compared to a regular imaging facility. I was able to get one from UMIH with in a few days - staff here all have bad attitudes - facility is dirty and crammed, feels gross just sitting in the waiting room - imaging techs are not nice and not helpful - because of the affiliation with hospital, it does alot of teaching, so you will get medical students during your exam, and if you don't like that, there's no way around it. - Their patient portal is the WORST I've ever seen in my life, nothing works, and it looks like it was created in the 90's, you can't even pay your bill on the patient portal! AVOID!! This is the LAST time I'm EVER going to go to any of the Pomona Valley facilities.

The older male tech doesn't communicate what her is doing or looking at. I had to ask throughout the entire scan. And the photos at the end were of absolutely nothing. No attention to detail at all or sensitivity to the scan.

I called and when they answered the phone, I quickly made an appointment without any issue. I was lucky enough get something that same day. When I did arrive, 20 minutes earlier than my appointment, as they suggested, and many doctor offices suggest that so there is time to fill out the paperwork, I was almost immediately seen once I completed everything. Also, my CT scan only took a few minutes after that. I'm giving it 1 less star because the front desk lady who took my information seemed a bit disorganized and confused. Nothing horrible, but she seemed like she wasn't very organized. Also, this place really caters to Asians since it seemed like almost all of their staff was of Asian descent. Despite that, I would definitely go here again if I needed something.

Also, I had an incident where I was told to text my imaging request to a number. The girl on the phone purposely gave me the wrong number, and I even read it back to her to confirm. So she had me send my health info to some stranger because it was read. Additionally, the office lady, Sharon, acted like there was nothing that could be done about it. People being idiots and crooks, and covering for one another.
