CANCELED TWICE! LAST MINUTE! I get there and they tell me they called me and it's all a LIE! So inconvenient! Took 2 days off from work.

I give this place 2 starts because the receptionist was actually nice. The rest of the experience wasn't great. First, the MRI tech didn't even allow me to finish my paperwork before having the MRI. Lucky for me, I've had MRIs before, so I knew I was ok medically. Second, I forgot how loud an MRI is. Every other place I've been to, they give you ear plugs. My mind was elsewhere until I heard the banging and clanking...for 90% of the 25 minutes. And when I brought it to her attention after, she didn't apologize, or even acknowledge it. So I asked the front desk if they give people earplugs. Her answer (of course) was yes. No acknowledgement or apology-she seemed she didn't know what to say. Not coming back here. read more

Josh the technician was absolutely amazing. We brought one of our clients in for an MRI brain scan. This client is developmentally disabled and was very nervous about the procedure. Josh was so compassionate and helped allay any fears our client had. We were able to successfully complete the procedure, but without Josh, it would not have been possible. Josh is a great example of what being a true professional is all about. read more

The technicians are really nice, but the company is horrible. They charge a fee just to send the scan images to the specialists who need to see it. I hate that they nickle and dime the patients to send the images to the doctors! read more

This company was hacked about 4 months ago. My partner had done an MRI and literally had to do it again (she's scared of it already). Then, we went once again and to pick up images and she told me the system is down. I'm currently sitting in the waiting room (its been over an hour) waiting for the possibility of the rebooting their system because we need the CD for the surgeon tomorrow. This is unacceptable. Note that they have not claimed their own business on Yelp. This should tell us all that they do not care about public opinion because they are high in demand... unfortunately. Very uncool. This is already a stressful place for most people. I wish this mattered to them. read more

Went in today for my first mammogram. They called me yesterday to confirm. Get there and the receptionist says they tried to call me yesterday afternoon. Umm, no you didn't. There was no call on my call history. Apparently they do not have a mammogram tech at the Pomona facility and they aren't sure when they will get one again so I should probably call and schedule with another Centrelake facility. Hahahahaha...not bloody likely. read more

I was at their Downey facility this week for a bone marrow biopsy. Their staff there was absolutely topnotch.. from Front Desk to Prep Room to CT. Lourdes and Katherine in the Prep Rm were fantastic and eased much of my anxiety about the biopsy procedure by going over the entire process with me step by step. The CT technician was super friendly and efficient. Later Dr. Mazhar (spelling?) came and did his part and got me out of there in few short minutes. The entire experience merit a true 5-star rating. read more

Angelina and the X Ray tech Alisa was super nice and helpful..very gentle and patient.

All staff is friendly. Had 2 tests done..xray tech Alisa was awesome and helpful with any questions I had. Ultrasound tech also friendly and thorough. I always come here when I need something. For me, my wait times have been within 15 minutes of my appt time. Keep up the good work! read more

Wasn't greeted when I walked in. I said Good morning first. She asked how she could help me but did not look like she wanted too. I thought perhaps it was me, but it wasn't. Her attitude was like this towards every patient that walked through the door and ones that left.. It can be scary for a lot Patients that are coming in here because they are possibly not here for good reasons or hoping for positive news, or perhaps a second chance, you never know. So regardless the receptionist should always have a welcoming warming attitude to make people feel at ease. Some hospitality training might help out. The CT tech was very nice and friendly. Very clean inside, waiting was nice as well. read more

Trying to get an appointment for a mammogram and ultra sound was literally impossible. I spoke to Lyn, Rodney and returned a call to Amber who was unavailable. I asked to speak to a supervisor 4 times and was left on hold for 20 min before I gave up. I spent over an hour trying to get an appointment and all I got was repetitive nonsense and8 zero help. A precious hour of my life wasted and will never get back. Customer service SUCKS! read more

Friendly over the phone, very inefficient. We try to schedule an Ultrasound, the scheduling lady checked on her computer on Each Location. It took us over 10 minutes, still couldn't find anything within two weeks time. I am going to call my primary doctor to see if we can switch to another imaging lab. read more

Centrelake Imaging - Diagnostic Imaging Near Me - Pomona, California

One of the worst imaging center ever! Let's I explain to you why. I made an appointment for my mom to visit this f... center for ultrasound. We had an appointment at 8:00 am, we arrived on time, filled out the paper, waited half an hour but nothing happen. My mom she drank a lot of water before the test as they required for the full view of the bladder. When we were waiting at the waiting room, we heard a customer yelling out to the front desk because we got a day off to come here for the procedure and they said wrong day. She got mad at them, yelling like hell and made a bad complaint about the service. Now is my turn, after an hour of waiting, the girl in the reception asked me they had to reschedule for my mom because they couldn't communicate to the ultrasound technician, and don't know where is the technician now. It is ridiculous, you let me and mom wait for over an hour and said don't know where is your technician although we made an appointment 2 weeks in advance! I understand for the emergency situation or whatever happened but you guys should inform us first and don't let us wait for that long and ask for reschedule without any feeling from your face! That is embarrassing and lack of customer service! Probably never come back to this horrible place for any further test or imaging! read more

i will not recommend this imagine center. it shouldn't get even one star. my physician's office made an appointment for me . when the appointment getting close, i got three calls that my medical group was not active. i called back and informed them there was no change for my insurance, but they insisted that some changes occurred. so i spent one hour to call my insurance to double check and also my primary physician's office. both informed me that my medical group is active. i called this imagine center three days again, and was informed my appointment was canceled. when i requested to reschedule my appointment , this time the scheduler , told me the phone number on their file didn't match with the one i provided to her. i asked if there are second phone number on the file? she said no. i told her it is impossible that i got 3 called from Centrelake, and how they didn't have the number they used on the file. i don't feel comfortable to have my health in their hands. and would like to warn you if they can't have these minor thing straight, how can you trust them and let them to take care of you? it is your health , you life. Please have second thought before you go to this center. read more

Josh is an amazing tech! Went to get my CT scan and he made the process great and east! Explained everything made sure I was comfortable through the whole process and 100% got the vein without pain. Then made sure I was ok once contrast went in. I would recommend the facility as the whole process from receptionist to tech was very professional and friendly. read more

Have an appointment for today so I called to ask questions and heard a voicemail saying they were closed yesterday 2/25/19 and today 2/26/19 for IT problems. Never received a call to reschedule appointment. This is the second time this has happened! Horrible customer service but have no choice as this is who my insurance contracts. read more

It's not even worth the one star. If only the staff was as nice as the clinic. They really lack customer service. Want some tips? Say "welcome" when someone walks in, smile a little bit more and try to be more helpful instead of rushing through the conversation and trying to get rid of patients I'm not even an established patient and I will probably never go back there again or refer anybody with the service that I received just within the 10 minutes of being there (9 mins waiting in line and the one minute the lady spent.) I had an appointment with centrelake for Mammogram Patricia was my technician, I was expecting a very discomfort exam, but she was gentle and understanding and the whole I was with she made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend Pomona centrelake mammograms. read more

So I'm rating this place with 1 star just so I can post my review but in all honesty it deserves 0 stars ! My mom has cancer & needs radiation so when she went 4 her 1st treatment they told her it was going 2 be $1500 & something & they weren't going 2 treat her until she came up with at least $600,she asked if she can make payments, they said "No",so my family & I all pitched in & came up with the amount,now they're asking 4 another $300, this is so appalling !! I mean a person's life is at stake & with all this COVID bullshit going on they want 2 be charging her or they will let her die this place makes so much money is it really going 2 hurt if she makes payments, they're so greedy & selfish & no empathy !! read more

The tech that did my ultrasound was condescending and lacked bedside manner. The procedure she had to do was invasive and instead of making me feel comfortable she did the opposite. Her comments and approach me me feel very uncomfortable. Unfortunately this is not the first time I have experienced this kind of negative experience at this location. read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Usually Centrelake facilities are spotlessly clean and the staff is usually friendly and efficient. But today's visit was a different story. My daughter came in for two ultrasounds. But the front desk person, who seemed to have no idea what she was doing, didn't put the second ultrasound in the system. It took four weeks to get the appointment, so I didn't want to re-book, but it ended up being over an hour and a half, most of which was just waiting since the receptionist let someone go ahead of my daughter, even though the miscommunication was her fault. If we had missed the appointment, we would have been charged, but I guess we won't be compensated for our wasted time. In addition, there was a lot of soiled linen in a cart in the hallway and the bathroom had an overpowering urine smell. Although it's conveniently located off the freeway and usually a pleasant experience, this visit was not a good experience. read more

Have had several procedures done at this Pomona location. All have been a pleasant experience without delay. Ben the MRI technician and the nurses are very professional and make you feel at ease. I went to the West Covina facility and that was not a good experience at all. I much rather never change facilities and stick with Pomona. Thank you for doing such an awesome job! read more

I took my mom to get her X-ray in this location and we waited an hour for them to give us the CD. I asked the front desk and they told me they were too swamped to give us the CD on that day. I told them we could wait but they said they were going to send the CD to the MD's office instead so we didn't have to wait. 4 days passed and we went to the dr appt. At the doctor's office , the medical assistant said they need the CD and Centrelake did not send them anything so I had to drive to get the CD then came back to dr office again. It was a problem that could be prevented if they could've told me to wait or just to come back to pick up the CD before the doctor appointment. We will not be coming back to Centrelake anymore because of their staff's lack of knowledge. read more

Stay away from this place at all costs. I don't even know where to start. Had 2 invasive procedures done. They say their computer system was hacked and all of my records are gone. Have to have my tests redone and they have the nerve to try to make me pay! Finally got the fees waived, show up for the test and they can't give me the images like they said the would because the machine is broken. They can't send them to another facility for me to get them there because their internet is down. Does anything work at this place?! So bad. So so bad. read more

The two other locations closest to me (Covina & West Covina) were not admitting x-ray patients this afternoon due to maintenance issues so I had to drive a bit further to this facility in Pomona. I live in West Covina so it's not much more of a drive. I went to get x-rays to see if I had fractured a vertebrae. The waiting room is comfortable, there were several patients ahead of me so I had to wait about 35 to 40 minutes to be admitted, which is reasonable. The x-ray tech was very professional and swift when taking images of my back. It was a positive experience and I would recommend other patients to this imaging facility. read more

Went in on a Fiday at 230pm for X-rays, they said their technician was out that day, went in on a Saturday 4/27/19, was told they don't do X-rays on Saturdays. I went in today 4/29/19 at 407 PM, filled out my paperwork and waited to be called, when at 505pm no one had called me as yet, I went to enquire at the front desk they had the audacity to tell me I could not get my X-rays because THEY took long to do my paperwork and it was 505pm already. I asked to speak to the manager and she said the same thing. After making me wait for an hour, unbelievable how careless, unprofessional they can be, they really don't care about their patients and the people who work there don't care about their jobs. Looks like nothing is being done about the bad service, hence the bad reviews continue. read more

I would give them 0 stars! Or even negative stars.... I scheduled my appointment for 4:15 and they called and confirmed multiple times(4) to be exact and got a confirmation text. I go to my appointment about 15 mins early and they tell me they canceled my appointment because it was at 3:30. Well.... I showed them proof on my cellphone how they said 4:15 multiple times. I even talked to them this exact same morning confirming my insurance was all good to go and that my appointment was at 4:15... They have to the nerve to bring out the head lady and tell me how they had a cancellation and moved my appointment to 3:30 from 4:15.... and how they tried calling me... LOL i showed them my phone record and there are no calls from them.... HOW IN THE WORLD DOES THIS MAKE ANY SENSE..... you change the rest of the appointments for the whole day depending on 1 person not showing up and without notifying anyone about this new time you expect them to show up to? ... hahahaha I can't believe they tried bullshitting me because I am younger and look like I can be manipulated. I'm not dumb.... they attempted to give me appointment for the next day at 6:30 am and told me to leave. Later I called the center lake imaging main office and they said they can't change appointments without costumer approval... so they told me how that place lied to me and they can't do that... which also.... they told me they put me down for 7... lying to me again about my new appointment time.... DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! They should own up to their mistakes! I am not one to complain about bad service but this was unbelievable on how they continued to lie to me with every question I threw at them. So on Friday 2/23/18 I arrive at 8:45 as instructed for my appointment at 9. Unfortunately because I needed the scan with and without dye I needed an IV with some sort of specialist present. This specialist was not there yet (not sure if he was running late or if it was due to scheduling). The lady called me back about 20-30 minutes late, grabbed a gown and entered the room where the CT would be performed. She hands me the gown and instructs me to "take everything off but your panties" I asked if I could keep my socks on because my feet get really cold" she said "yes that's fine but everything else but panties has to come off" she leaves the room and closes it behind her. I am normally much more observant but being nervous, nauseous, in a lot of pain and very hungry I facing the wall/chair (behind the door) take my sweatshirt off and shirt and turn around to then notice there is a very large window that allows them to see in. I immediately felt very irritated by the lack of concern on her part I didn't see anyone though so I went more in the corner where the door attached to wall out of what I believed to be visibility faced the wall and removed my bra. I put the gown on and then turned with my back to the wall and removed my pants I barely put my pants on the chair and without even knocking she comes through the door. I as nicely as possible confront her about the situation I was put in to change in a room with a significantly large window accessible to see me changing. By "confront" I mean I said "well that was a first" (I hate confrontation even when others are arguing and I'm not involved) and she said something to the affect of"oh really yeah we need you in a gown for this Scan" and I responded with "No I mean the first time I was instructed to change in a room with a large window for anyone to see me as I'm changing" she immediately seemed to approach the situation as if it were my fault for not noticing by telling me "oh oh no there's changing rooms right here (pointing to the wall I was changing at meaning on the other side) I should have told you" she then instructs me to lay on the table and that she'll be putting in an IV to run the test with and without Iodine. That "a specialist needs to be present for the iodine but they're not here yet so I'm going to put the IV in and start with the scan without iodine and when he gets here we can do it with iodine and if he still isn't here we're just going to have to wait until he's here" At this point I'm just thinking whatever you gotta do to get this done because I feel miserable and I'm not going through drinking those drinks again let's just get this done. So on her 3rd try she got the IV in. I usually have some issues because my veins are so tiny and I usually have pediatric needles used on me. While putting IV in someone came over a speaker in the room saying "he's here" so the rest went pretty smooth and I was extremely excited to leave and get food. read more

I was really impressed by this office. The admin girls at the front desk, were really nice, polite and quick to get you checked in even if there were patients in front of you. Very helpful also, gave me all the info on their portal site. The techs that I have had for x rays were awesome and quick also and explained everything to you. I will always go back there if I can. We have visited this location twice, both times were a huge nightmare. While the techs are nice, accommodating and helpful, the front office staff is truly horrible. Both times our insurance sent us here (two different insurances), the office staff refuses to release records to the requesting physician(s) . They unnecessarily gum up the process and insure that my doctor can't proceed with the required and needed care. Once was a bad day, twice is a pattern. Their answer to this is for us to come down to the office and pick up the results, which is just a foolish waste of time and effort when the results could be sent electronically, by fax or by mail much easier. The front office staff just has absolutely no clue what they're doing and hides their ignorance behind HIPAA laws that have no bearing on the situations. It's a shame. The office is nice, clean and well appointed. The actual technicians are top notch. All the machines are new looking and the exam rooms are spotless. But if you need your results, especially in a timely manner, I would have to recommend you go elsewhere. This place just isn't worth the repeated delays, problems, and headaches. read more

After waiting an hour and a half for X-rays only, I Finally got up to ask what was happening. The girl didn't even admit they skipped me. Even if it was by accident just ADMIT IT. She was barely asking me who sent me and my insurance. Still waited another 30 minutes. Can't believe this place. I know I was skipped because everyone was coming and going. I understand other people come in for different tests but that's exactly why the flow should be smooth. Very disappointed in this place. Fire me if you'd like too. Rude, nasty front desk person!!! I went to the Guasti office one day after 4:30 PM and of course they didn't do my knee x-rays (which I understand, it was past 4:30) - the next day, I took off early from work, got there right at 4: PM and the "Lady" at the front desk look at her co-worker, asked how many she had, the other one said 5 and then she told me, "sorry, I can't take you... you will have to come back tomorrow", When I reminded her that it was only 4 PM, she said, "yes, but we already have enough to cover to 4:30"... I suggested that they should change the POSTED 4:30 closing time, that I can't go ealy, I have to work! and she said" yes, I work too... you are getting mad to the wrong person..." she just DID NOT CARE! seems that she was enjoying the power to turn patients out! I'm considering changing medical groups in order NOT to have to deal with that "LADY" ever again! I can't believe Management let's her have that attitude with the patients! read more
