My husband got up to pay the copay at the front desk while I walked my 7 year old to the back. They sat her down, took a pic of her hand, and walked us out. I walk out, and my husband was still in the middle of paying the copay! That's how fast this was! In and out.

Very poor consideration for their patients, they finally agreed to call my dr themselves but of course I never heard back. As I walk in the front girl screening the appt just started repeating over and over how I was late and the tone was just annoyed right off the bat. Even another lady trying to come in was given attitude so quick too, but watched her as she picked and chose who to be nice to when walking in and out. ON TOP OF HAVING A WHOLE CONVERSATION ON HER CELLPHONE IN THE LOBBY out loud in front of us. Luckily they took me. What pleased me most is that Dr. Wang is also a cardiologist, which is a tremendous bonus for me. He took the time to thoroughly review my medications and provided highly professional, patient, and detailed guidance regarding my heart condition, including treatment, recovery, diet, and exercise. He also carefully addressed several other health concerns I brought up, explaining preventive measures and treatment options in a clear and thoughtful manner. I made an appointment 3 weeks ago for an important vaccine. Again, their system asked me to check-in, and today, 45 minutes before my appointment, they called me to tell me they were out of that vaccine, that they had used the last one. I've been.going there for years. I was satisfied, but now, it is obvious, there are having problems, and it's time for me to go somewhere else where they are more organized, better staffed, and where the main doctor is visible.

This Providence Urgent Care is a good urgent care to visit. After spraining an ankle a week before…read moremy visit, and having it not get better, I decided to get it checked out to make sure it was not fractured. I reserved my spot in line from home before I drove there. Check in was quick and easy since I already reserved my spot. I was able to see Lisa Park, their nurse practictioner within 15 minutes. Ms. Park was able to to examine my ankle and sent me to the suite next door for X-rays. She told me to continue to RICE the injured ankle, and to take ibuprofen. She explained to me the time frames for healing. Unfortunately for me, I am slow when it come to sprained right ankles. They are a good urgent care, and they did what I wanted them to do. If I need to visit urgent care again, I definitely would consider visiting this location again.
