I was scheduled for a 7am kidney ultrasound, told to arrive at 6:45am, and instructed to drink 32oz of water and hold it. At 7:10, an employee finally arrived to open up. I wasn't taken back until 7:25am. At this point, I was uncomfortably ready to go to the bathroom. Why tell patients to arrive early and make them wait 30minutes?! Where do I start. Terrible medical practice that does not value patients care or injury. Walked in at 4pm only to stand around (no seats, probably due to lack of service + closing for lunch? Wow. Who runs their hours, staggered lunch maybe?) and then to be turned away saying they can't see me today. Thanks for lying about your hours. Then to trying to schedule an appointment was terrible, extremely rude service and no willingness to help or even look up anything. Centrelake, your operations are terrible. Absolutely horrible, they must only have 1 or 2 staff members because when I went on a Friday there was a closed sign on the door at 12 PM saying they will be gone for 1 hour. If I can give 0 review I would! Come to the upland location, bring the paperwork and DL; they said "ohhh your doctors office wrote your birth year wrong and they didn't put today's date. You have to get another form with the right info". Ok you work as front office with DL in front of you. You have common sense to see if the DL match with the person walked in right??? Their hours state that they are open until 5. I am here at 4:37. She said she didn't get a lunch, so she would not help me and I would have to go to one of their other locations to get a CD. I made a special trip here thinking I had plenty of time. Evidently, I don't have time to make it to any Centrelake location since their hours are meaningless. I am very grateful for Daniella and Bianca who helped me out during my abdominal ultrasound! The Centrelake call center had confirmed several details of my appointment incorrectly, so I showed up without my prescription 15 minutes late (because I thought I was 15 minutes early). I started panicking that I would have to reschedule an appointment I had already waited a month for, but Daniella at the front desk was kind, curteous, professional, patient, and fixed it for me right away!! Bianca, the ultrasound tech, took several appointments ahead of me to make sure I could still be seen while Daniella and I were coordinating with my doctor's office. Bianca was a great tech and my ultrasound was done quickly and efficiently. I really appreciate both of these staff members for immediately turning my stressful morning into a calm one and for ensuring that I got the care I needed. The worst imaging center. The X-ray technician is rude and rough with people when getting them ready for the X-ray. People are dealing with broken bones or after surgery with lots of pain. The female X-ray technician should be in a jail facility instead of an imaging facility! read more

Follow up on my last review. Marketing director assisted in scheduling my PET scan. It still took 2 days to get it situated after contacting him and again significant hold times. But Anyway, I'm here again to readdress the incompetence of the Cardiology scheduling department. so after an hour of dealing with her not wanting to reschedule my appointment that I needed to reschedule because tech did it show up, we finally got it scheduled at the earliest available appointment, which was today at a distant location. Our very special staff scheduled me for an ultrasound, not my echocardiogram that I was rescheduling. So back to square 1. read more

I'm updating this review, because the owner Mike responded to my review MONTHS ago they are lifting their Covid precautions in letting one person in for an ultrasound. This is a lie, as I am now 36 weeks. When I called to schedule the appointment I AGAIN was told one person allowed. Then confirming the appointment was told again that this goes against Covid policies. Train your staff better and update your policies, if I would have known I would have opted for a different ultrasound place. Horrible training and staff and the owner does not keep his word- obviously. read more

So this was my first trip to centrelake Imaging, as it was requested by my chiropractor. It was right down the street so it was conveniently located for me. You need to know that I was a walk-in, with no prior appointment made. I actually had a very pleasant experience there, and had no idea the Yelp reviews were so poor for this place. Maybe they upped their game after seeing some poor reviews, who knows? All I know is the experience that I had was actually great. The place itself is on a second floor of a professional medical building, easy parking, super clean facilities, and easy to find. The elevator floor had a couple of small stains, but that's really the only negative thing I can find to say about the place. The girl at the front desk was pleasant, handed me some paperwork to fill out, and there was about six others in the waiting room, and she said just to let you know our wait time will be about 30 minutes. Now I've gone to places where I've had an appointment and had to wait longer for an x-ray, so 30 minutes was not bad at all. In just a hair over 30 minutes, I was taking to the back room and in under 10 minutes had all my x-rays done and was given a copy of the Imaging on disc. Honestly, it was one of the most efficient and pain-free experiences I've had getting X-Rays done. I don't know what the reviews below are talking about. But this place is top notch in my book and I will definitely come here again if the need arises. read more

Came in for my wife's 20 week ultrasound appointment. We were told over the phone that I was allowed in the room with her. When we arrived, they informed us I could not come in because of "covid". Every other medical facility we have been to has had no problem with me coming to appointments. This is October 2022 not 2020. Hardly anyone is wearing masks anymore. Covid restrictions are not in place anywhere else. Every weekend 100s of thousands of people pack football stadiums nationwide without masks on. But I can't come in to an ultrasound appointment(willing to wear a mask) with my wife to see our child. Who am I possibly harming sitting in the corner of the ultrasound room with a mask on? If I could give them zero stars I would!!!!!!! This place is a joke. Amidst the Covid19 outbreak, yes everyone is on edge. Let me start off with, we are Asian and Im one hundred percent certain that is why we were turned away. We had to fill out a questionnaire, which everyone else had to fill out. Ok, not a big deal. Our answers: No, we have not travelled anywhere. No, we have not made contact with anyone who has travelled. No, we have not come in contact with anyone who has or may have the virus. No, none of us has a fever or had a fever. The only "yes" we checked off on the questionnaire, was that my son has a cough. Our doctor wanted to make sure he doesn't have pneumonia or something else going on and ordered a chest X-ray. He does have a history of asthma. The gal at the front office at this Centrelake location saw we marked off "yes" to the cough question, didn't say anything about not being able to see us, gave him a mask to wear... told us to fill out our insurance paperwork. mind you, my son didn't cough once the 15 mins we were there. Minutes later, she calls me back up to tell us they have decided not to see him because he has a cough. As long as there is one "yes" they cannot see us. Our pediatric office called them to see why we were getting turned away for JUST a cough, and that's the whole reason why we were there!! Their manager told our pediatrician that their policy is, if there are two or more "yes" on their questionnaire, the patient would be turned away not "one yes," and that I'm basically lying. Manager claims that they would never deny a patient for only a cough. Bullshit!!!! They clearly denied us. Manager didn't bother to look into it further and just took her racist lazy staff side. The gal took my questionnaires so I didn't even have proof anymore that I'm not lying on what I marked down. Best bet, she wouldn't have given it back to me even if I asked for it. So much for customer service. Some people need to change their line of work because clearly helping people is not part of their character. I suppose my second "yes" that I allegedly marked off, must be the invisible question of "are your Asian?" Don't waste your time with this place. Had I read the other people's poor review of this place, I would have asked to be referred to another provider. Xenophobia much?! Go to a different imaging place! Booked my mammogram appointment 6 weeks in advance for the Pomona location. Called the day before to confirm appointment. The first three times I called, I was put on hold and then after about 7 minutes, the line went dead. I finally got through on my 4th call and confirmed the appointment. I arrived at the Pomona location and was told that their machine was down and they needed to reschedule AND they left me a message on my cell phone which was not true at all. This happened to me before and I told my husband before I left, "Watch - I'll get there and they'll cancel my appointment and tell me they left me a message." The time was 9am and the receptionist told me that there was an opening at the Covina location at 9:30 am. So - I hightailed it over to Covina, barely making the 9:30 am time. If I had a choice, I wouldn't go to Centrelake but I'm stuck with the insurance. The whole process with Centrelake is stressful but the thing that bothers me the most is the receptionist telling me they left me a message (twice now) which was not true. Come on! read more

My dr used to send me to grove imaging, but after many horrible experiences, I asked them to send me here. I wish I would have known this place sooner. The wait isn't long at all & the techs are nice, patience & gentle with you. They also let your spouse in the room with you. Since I get ovarian cyst too often I have to get pelvic ultrasounds, which aren't very comfortable for me. Having husband there makes it not as horrible. The techs didn't just jam the probe in, she was gentle. My rheumatoid dr, also had me get x-rays for almost all of my body & the techs were patience & didn't rush anything or have an attude.
