I had an appointment at 5:30pm I called at 4:15 asking if I could come in early the receptionist told me that it was okay and to go ahead and come in early. I arrived at 4:35 and checked in. I still had to wait over an hour ! Past my scheduled time. I don't understand why they said I could get seen earlier. I still waited past my scheduled time and finally got seen at 5:45 It was a complete waist of my time. When I asked the receptionist why they had told me I could come in earlier they said yes her answer was "I don't know who told you that " she was very apologetic but still a waste of my time. read more

When I called ahead, I was told we could simply walk in for X-rays on Tuesdays or Wednesdays before 4:30 pm. I really appreciated the convenience -- it fit our work schedules perfectly and gave us flexibility without locking into an appointment. We arrived on a Wednesday around 4:00 pm, and the whole process was smooth. Check-in was quick, the wait was less than 10 minutes, and the X-ray itself took no more than 5 minutes. Altogether, we were in and out in under 30 minutes. During the visit I also used their restroom, which was clean and well-maintained -- always a good sign in any medical facility. I was running a couple minutes late due to traffic. I live far away and I left on time but unexpected traffic happened. When I walked in the girl in the front checked me in. Then I walked towards the back, and there was someone else waiting for me to put me in the room. However, she was super rude. After I told her I needed to use the restroom before my MRI. She said " Do you really need to use the restroom like that bad?" And I told her. Yes because I had a long drive. And she was making me feel super guilty the entire time about how she was behind on time now. I was already nervous as it was, and I did not have a good experience here. Very rude staff. read more

Getting an MRI is a lot easier than I thought. I walked in, filled out a form on a tablet, and waited a few minutes. A baby was crying because her mommy was getting an MRI, but it didn't take too long, so the baby was alright with the siblings. I was quickly called in, asked a few questions, and since I had no metal on my clothes, I wore my own gear during the procedure. I experienced an aggressive technician who had the nerve to have an attitude because I'm in pain. When you're in this type of profession It's another to be intentionally rude and completely unprofessional. This is a facility that frequently deals with people who are in pain and to have the audacity to employ "Licensed professionals"to treat patients with this level of rudeness and verbal aggression is unacceptable. read more

If i had another MRI location to go to i would but i only stayed because my attorney indicated to just stay and finish up. Asking they even called several times "can you be here at 6:20pm I went ahead and confirmed I'll show up at the time given to me for my appointment only to be in the waiting room. And it's already 6:51pm as i wrote this yet my appointment was at 6:20. Why call and text the patient throughout the week to ask if they will come at the time given to only then not be seen at the time that was given to the patient. I'm a scary cat I hate mri machines they freak me out im just saying. But this time was the best experience ever Michelle was so nice and very helpful she made my visit so easy. I am thoroughly disappointed with this place. I call yesterday to make an appointment. I'm told that no appointment is needed as they can take X-rays between 7am and 3pm. I leave work early, drive all the way here from Irwindale. I arrive about 10 minutes to 3pm and the same lady that gives me this time frame tells me that the technician left at 2:30p.
