    Stadium

Came here on the grand opening, the stadium is spacious. The only issue I have is there is not enough parking. Otherwise if you like soccer and sports it's a great facility and a nice state/ city to get involved in.

The potential for Centerville Bank Stadium is incredibly high. The stadium itself is very modern, clean and beautiful. The food & beverage options are both great including two exclusive beers brewed by The Guild and plenty of options for food including some food tucks. The location is awesome being right in Pawtucket with gorgeous views of The Seekonk River. This being a new stadium is very evident though. Parking needs a lot of improvement & the lines for concessions & bathrooms are much longer than other stadiums. These are things that will ultimately get better over time. I look forward to returning often to Centerville Bank Stadium and watch it improve its efficiency.

If you haven't been to an RIFC game then I highly recommend that you do. The stadium is beautiful. There are a ton of different food and drink options. There is a kids area and there isn't a bad seat in the house. The staff are fantastic. Parking isn't bad. It is a short walk from the lots and there are buses and ride shares available if you don't want to walk.

New soccer specific stadium in Pawtucket is gorgeous and definitely something Rhode Islanders will be proud of. Centreville Bank Stadium will be home to the Rhode Island FC and will host their first game on May 3rd, 2025 and I can't wait. The stadium has a pro shop, plenty of concessions and restrooms.

I came during opening day and again this past weekend. The first time I sat in section 121 and the most recent time, section 203. I thought section 121 would be a great view since it is closer to the field, but instead it can be hard to see everything since you are so close. I did prefer section 203 but my specific seat (row P, seat 1) was blocked by a railing when I looked to my right. I like the colors used throughout the field, the view of the river, the different food vendors, and that there are multiple locations to scan your ticket to get in. The prices of the merchandise have gone up a bit since the last season which is a bummer. Also, they have put signs up on the side streets that parking is not allowed for non residents during game days which makes it really tough to find free parking. There are lots charging $20-$30 or residents also renting out their parking for about the same price. Traffic on the way out can accumulate quick since it is a small city, so definitely plan to leave a couple minutes before the game if you are pressed on time. I do wish they had monitors around the stadium on the first floor for when you're waiting in line for food or going to the bathroom so you don't miss any of the action (but maybe its intentional to keep people in their seats).

I came here for the first time for night game in early June. It was "Amber Night" and they were giving away cute free tshirts that said Wicked Good Soccer. I got food from the BBQ cart / hut near the beer garden. There was a line around 7 Pm (start of game) but it moved quickly. I enjoyed my pulled pork sandwich - it was a little expensive ($16 for sandwich plus chips & $5 for a soda). I appreciated the little area with high tables & chairs to eat with a view of the field. I sat in section 130 - great view and the energy in the stadium was great! I will definitely plan to return with the soccer fans in my family.

View looking towards the supporters group section (south end) of the stadium from section 131.

Happy 100th Birthday Brown University Stadium!…read more Constructed in 1925, this stadium continues to host athletic events against its Ivy League competitors. Though capacity boasts 20,000 people, I would say crowds are typically much more conservative in size. I have attended a healthy handful of Brown University football games at this stadium in recent years. It is truly an enjoyable way to spend a few hours on a crisp New England Fall weekend afternoon with friends. Regarding the stadium facilities, there is a large, trapezoid-shaped concrete structure with metal bleachers on the home team side of the field. The cold can really get into your bones on particularly cool days so I always try to bring a layer to sit on (bonus if it's cushioned!). Restrooms and University food vendors are located underneath/inside the structure. They also bring in lots of port-a-potty's and restroom trailers to supplement. The food is reasonable priced and includes typical stadium food. That said, they also host several, rotating food trucks parked on the away team side. There's a small beer garden as well, though in recent years, they started selling beer throughout the stadium and you can finally enjoy it in the stands versus the beer garden alone. With everything somewhat spread out, there is a bit of walking involved to hit up all the amenities. Honestly, nothing more New England/Rhode Island than taking in an Ivy League football game on a Saturday while snacking on clam cakes and chowder from Blount's Clam Shack food truck and sipping on a Narragansett Brown Bear Pale Ale. The field was recently converted from grass to turf which gives it an updated look and some safety features for the athletes. You can purchase nearby parking if you want to be close by and tailgate up to game time (no re-entry) but I hear there is also ample street parking in the area if you don't mind walking a bit. Small pro-shop available for all your team spirited needs. They host a number of events (e.g. employee appreciation days) to bring a little something different to the games. Fun engagement with the crowds such as on-field mini competitions, t-shirt cannons, cheerleading routines, mini cannon firing, bell tolling, raffle tickets, etc. Having attended a Texas Longhorns game in the last couple months (insane), Brown Stadium offers something vastly different... a cozier, hometown feel that doesn't require a lot of fuss or pre-planning.

The home grandstand is classic several rows of concrete bleachers all rest rooms and concessions are located underneath the grandstand. Since the venue is used only a handful times each year the bathrooms need a major update and the concession stands have very good food, but sometime long lines. Great place to tailgate and ticket prices and prepaid parking in the lots are both very affordable.

The shuttle buses are very comfortable and spacious. For $40.00, a family cant beat the value that is provided for the 2 day orientation events. Parking was free both days and families received 2 meals on the first day as well as breakfast on the second. Bookstores are equipped with both books and swag. A little pricey, but thats typical of any campus bookstore. The Harborside Bookstore was geared toward the culinary students and therefore had most of their cutlery and cooking utensils. A great addition to this tour would have been a driving tour of both the Harborside and Downcity campuses...but understand such things cost money (especially the fuel). Hope lil bro has a great time at school in the fall!

The campus is perfectly groomed and I have to say for someone that doesn't like grass (like me, true city girl) they did have some comfy grassy areas to just hang out. I really liked how the buildings were set up on the habourside, with all the restaurants and starbucks (BIG PLUS) in the same area. All the culinary classes in one building and other classes in another. They were very organized when it came to the flow of the orientation schedule and definitely lessened that feeling of anxiety all beginning students have. I would recommend this school to anyone that needs a more well rounded college experience and a staff that is always willing to help you succeed.
