I showed her a chain I wanted to get a loan for. She briefly looked at it, then said "Pass" put it on the counter with my ID and abruptly answered the phone, completely dismissing me! Extremely rude. Then I saw an older woman there, who nicely explained the chain was only 55% gold, invited me to watch the machine that analyzed it so I would have no doubt.
