When I walked into Goldkost I was greeted by the most amazing group of individuals. I asked about custom jewelry as my husband had made me a ring and we were looking to add some flair to it. The ring is my most precious material item and I needed it to be well taken care of. The designer/jeweler/owner/most extraordinary gentleman aka Gene came from the back room and not only provided me with designs and options for my ring, he answered all of my questions, gave me a tour, and assured me my ring was in good hands. None of the other places I visited gave me options or could answer my simplest questions without making me feel inferior or just flat out didn't answer them. I am beyond thankful for the team at Goldkost for being far superior from start to finish with this process (Which only took a few days to complete)!!! My father was so happy they were able to decrease the size of his wedding ring and put the texture back on it (as after 50+ years of wearing it the texture has worn off in places. I went in with an oddly large stone and exact description and crude drawing of what i wanted as a simple pendant. They were able to interpret my idea, asking questions along the way and created my simple but stable pendant in just a few weeks. It was very important that this large stone sit flat when worn, but light could get through the sides, because the stone changes color in different lighting. But I wanted it to look simple from the front. This work was done before c-vid but i never got around to reviewing them

This little shop is located right next-door to Macy's on the second floor in the Arrowhead Town Center Indoor mall. A few days ago, I noticed my watch stopped so I went back in to get a new battery. I couldn't remember, but I thought I had received a warranty on my battery when I purchased it in 2023. My service rep was extremely friendly and polite. She asked what my phone number was and found my account. She said my warranty was up in 2028 and she'd have my watch with a new battery ready for me in 15 minutes. I shopped around the mall staying in the area and received a text in 15 minutes that my order was ready. I returned and she handed me my watch and a receipt with $0 charge. Great all-around experience here and I will definitely be returning. I love honest and organized businesses. No haggle and very convenient and easy for the customer. Another touch I love about this place is they clean up your watches and jewelry and also set them to the correct time and date.
