I went in and was the only customer there. One person at the counter, young brunette with her hair up, did not crack a smile, even after I said hello how are you today? I showed her a chain I wanted to get a loan for. She briefly looked at it, then said "Pass" put it on the counter with my ID and abruptly answered the phone, completely dismissing me! Extremely rude. She shouldn't work somewhere where she has to interact with customers. Then I saw an older woman there, who nicely explained the chain was only 55% gold, invited me to watch the machine that analyzed it so I would have no doubt. The customer service is terrible I took some scrap silver in to sell and they lied and told me it was all fake I took it somewhere else a couple days later and they took it no problem . I don't think their employees know what they are doing or how to test silver. read more

The customer service here is Phenomenal, they went above and beyond. If you need to sell, buy, or loan, this place is the place to go with. Aside from the the reason I went in, I noticed they had riffles. I inquired about the riffles and they have really good prices compared to other places. If fact they were below retail if you ask me. I recently bought a Daniel Defense elsewhere but I wish I had known about this place first. No I did not buy a riffle from them, but did do business with them. Service is a joke at this place. I do not recommend this place at all. Customer service has gone out the door. These people don't care about helping people out. It's ridiculous. Went there today to try to buy a Christmas gift at four minutes before 10 o'clock and the lady would not let me in, but that front door was open so she made me sit in the cage to tell me that they don't open till 10 o'clock. My husband and I came in here to buy some guns (multiple) mind u I'm white my husband is black the Mexican male who works here was already throwing dirty looks towards my husband as he was asking to look at multiple diff guns he then proceeded to tell my husband he has never seen someone buy so many guns at once and my husband wouldn't be able leave with the guns my husband proceeds to tell him he wants to buy the 4 guns and goes to do the paperwork it INSTANTLY goes thru the man then jumps on the phone and calls someone and gets told to proceed with the purchase he then continues to ask my husband for his id again wich is odd as he already has a copy of it in front of him can a black man not be able to buy guns? I read the reviews here first, but went into the business on a Sunday(today) because everyone else in this area was closed. The wait wasn't long, but the young lady appraising the diamond ring I brought in didn't even check the clarity/carat weight of the diamonds in the ring before returning with a pawn value of $137! This ring retailed for $2600 a tast year ago. There's no way possible it's depreciated to that extent. My advice would be to go to more experienced appraisers if you have jewelry. read more

I went to this pawn shop with my XBOX ONE W/ KINECT and controller, she first tells me that they don't take any "accessories" , I explained that this is a unit and stays together, then she begins to speak Spanish to the other lady asking her about a password, or something like that but she confused the lady she was speaking with and just tried to laugh it off, then she tells me she can offer me $15.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I said are you sure, she goes "yes" they selling online for 80.00. I said that's don't right this is the latest XBOX, I cant part with my system for 15 bucks. ( crack head price) when I search I find at least 150 used from eBay, she didn't respond. before I pulled away from their parking lot I found several used Xbox ones from 189-231 used. Came into the shop and had a great experience with the employees and especially the person who helped me named Celia. Everyone working was very friendly with me and spoke with me while I was browsing the shop. I came into the store not having a very good day but with the great price they gave me for my item it really helped me with my tough time.
