I will never step foot in this jewelry store again. I took quite a few pieces to sell, mostly rings. The kind lady looked over them, took them to the back room and then came back and offered me $237.00 I at least requested more than that. Well to make a long story short I accepted the $237.00. Went in to have a watchband repaired. Was told how they would do it and it was no problem. When I went to pick it up it looked terrible and they said they couldn't do what they said so they did the best they could. I asked why they didn't call they said over and over, "WE DID THE BEST WE COULD". Finally, Mr. Osborne came over and literally thru me out of the store saying thing that I probably couldn't print here. FIND ANOTHER JEWLER!!! I came in because I had accidentally bent the basket of my ring and needed it checked out. Melissa was so kind and helpful, and had the ring inspected. The jeweler inspected it, didn't see any damage to the metal so they knew it would be a quick fix. Not only did they do it on the spot, it was completely free of charge. They also took the extra time to make sure the stones weren't loose and gave the ring a thorough cleaning. Above and beyond. On top of that, I'm starting to look for new rings for a 10-year vow renewal but I have no clear direction on what to choose. Lynn and Melissa were absolutely wonderful throughout the process. This is an early review, but I have complete confidence that they will live up to the 5 star review... I dropped off 2 wedding bands on Friday with a request to rhodium dip both and resize one- the catch, I need them back by Tuesday. They charged an expediting fee, but assured me the rings will be ready (and looking like new!) by Tuesday, and possibly even by Monday. I was greeted immediately upon walking into this lovely store. I am not a huge jewelry person (I seldom wear more than my wedding band) ... but they have such beautiful pieces I couldn't help but look around and think- "AM I A JEWELRY PERSON?" The service was great and the selection here looks beautiful. If you are in the market for some jewelry or need what you have serviced, I would highly recommend this place over the ones you find in a mall. I will be sure to update once I get my rings back! We were in the store for 10 minutes, stood at the counter, looked at every jewelry case. Not a single employee said "hi" or indicated that they knew we were in the store. I've been using Osborne Jewelers for watch batteries and adjustments over 9 years. My first visit was a referral and have been using them ever since. This is my first since they've moved locations and are stand alone building now. It's all about honest, courteous down home customer service. They spoiled me with the tray of candy(the good stuff too) and bucket of iced water always at your convenience. They have always been knowledgeable and very detailed explanations of batteries to diamonds. I like the upgraded sofas to wait and strategically placed throughout the store. Walked in immediately greeted by Jenna and she asked me if I needed help. As soon as I told her I needed a battery she took my watch to the back for a quick estimate and it was done within 5 minutes with a one year warranty.
