When going through Rome, I biked passed this store and thought "my bike needs a little tweaking"; brakes aren't working that well, bike chain needs some oil, one of the handles slipped off (yeah, I'm a fierce biker...). Walked in, asked if they could do some minor repairs and they told me to wait ten minutes. The bike was fixed on the spot, even the tires got some extra air. All perfect, perfect. And then...? NO need to pay? What, why, eh, whuuuut? "How come", I asked, perfectly wiling to pay something. "Nope, that's our service". Well eh, thank you! What a great service is that?! They sell all sorts of bike materials here and, as it looked, fair prices. They sell new & secondhand bikes for super reasonable prices (e.g. €40 for a bike); some classy 'hipster' bikes, rockin' beach bikes, racing bikes, and everything in between. So, there you have it - good service, good repairs, reasonable prices. Happy happy biking y'all!

I took a chance and they had just closed the shop when I arrived. I was in need of a tire changing tool. I asked if they spoke English, they said yes, I told them what I needed, she said they had it, then kindly reopened the store, handed me the tire changing tool to me, I happened to have exact change, and that was it. I think I remember being able to rent for half a day or whole day, but the owner was so kind and reasonable and gave us a discount because we were renting it only for 4 hours. My memory is fuzzy though, so don't quote me on that - what I do remember is that he was nothing but kind. He gave each of us maps and suggested a route, which we happily followed. The bikes were decent with baskets at the front. We rode from here, spun around the Colosseum and through the city, visited the then-closed Trevi Fountain, took a picture at the Spanish Steps, and rode all the way through the Vatican City and back. I traveled with my best friend, but had I come to Rome with a guy, this would have been very romantic! Highly recommended!

I booked last minute today after some flight delays and the company answered my inquiry in chat immediately and it was really nice of them to accommodate me as I was the only one on the tour. My guide Matteo was exceptional. He did a wonderful job navigating the Rome traffic and he was polite and personable and his English is excellent. He shared a lot of information and showed me things that I didn't know and I am a frequent traveller to Rome; I would highly recommend this tour and Matteo who is an asset to Bici & Baci tours and to the hospitality industry in which he has chosen to work.

Way cheaper than a taxi and less complicated and more convenient than buses and trains... and I was with my family so didn't want to rent scooters either (safety reasons). The staff is very nice and accommodating. I was running late to pick up my bike so I called to inform them and they stayed open 10 mins to wait for me. One day I had my seat (saddle) stolen and they replaced it with a smile. I will rent here again.

After I returned the bike, I mistakenly left my passport inside their office and didn't realize it until late Saturday night (my flight back to the U.S. was Sunday morning), I sent an email asking for help and Alex not only responded right away, but he drove back from his weekend trip on Saturday night to let me grab my belongings. These guys are great and the bikes are awesome, can't recommend enough.
