But one of the fillings the doctor pointed out on this screen. He said it's really a big filling, and really deep so it'll take longer. I guess he drilled too deep. Because four months later, it still hurts. Constantly. I guess he damaged the nerve a little bit and then covered it with the ceramic filling. It's basically in constant pain, and even worse when I'm chewing. When I called to talk to them about it, they said to come on down. Unfortunately, that's a whole plane flight away. I have been to Kristen Cadava's office a handful of times in the last month, each time with my…read morehusband. The first time we waited about an hour or so to be taken back for an intake interview which is useful but not with Dr. Cadava herself, with another chiro that works there. Both chiropractors are so friendly, knowledgeable, and do great work and they have corrected the issues I had in my back and neck. My main issue and grievance is their scheduling and time management with their patients. Each time we have waited more than 30 min (min) to be seen, most times longer that that. Even after arriving for our 2:00 appt, the first appt slot after they come back from lunch, they are still an hour behind. I have also seen some patients complain about waiting for 2 hours after their appt time. There is also an issue of people walking in and being seen right away while we have been waiting with an appt. Overall, we won't be going back because we have a pretty hectic schedule and don't have the time to accommodate their unpredictable wait times. The doctors are amazing though and do great work on your back and neck.
