Called Truly Nolan over a year ago to have my home tented for a major termite infestation they came…read moreout told me that I didn't need to tent the house that the spray they have would work just as well as if it had been tented. They charged me thousands and a monthly fee and I still have a major termite infestation. I called them (which took many days and many calls) before anyone responded when they finally returned my call they said that they would have someone come out and inspect my home again and they would set up a time for tenting the house at no charge. Now they're telling me they want several thousand to tent the house that they should have tented over a year ago. I have been living with a major termite infestation because Truly Nolan either doesn't know what they're doing or they just like to rip people off probably both! I'm now ready to hire an attorney because living with termites is not fun especially with major health issues plus the termites are destroying my home something Truly Nolan could care less about! Don't bother calling them, if you do be careful they will rip you off.

He refunded $135 to me which was the UNUSED portion of my prepaid contract. He said he couldn't do anything about the past performance (like maybe come get rid of the bugs). He wasn't sorry and he offered no explanation for their poor performance. I don't have any better opinion of them than I did before. My advice-don't hire this company. About 6 weeks ago on my last visit, a technician put a sticky insect monitor on my kitchen counter. I sent "JOE" a photo of what was in it. It contains both Palmetto bugs (roaches) and german cockroaches. This is after almost a year of treatment. I really keep my house clean and don't leave food around. I don't know if I just have less tolerance for this crap or they really stink! Maybe both! By the way, I have included the photo I sent"Joe".

Joe went through our house with a fine tooth comb, and then he briefed us on some of the issues that he recommended needed to be fixed and then other recommendations that if we wanted to fix, we could, however, the first house we dropped out due to issues The second house was the inspector unfortunately we were not to be there. We had the report come back. We had what we thought was a lot of issues that we don't understand because I'm not HVAC. I'm not an electrician and I'm not a plumber so we saw all these and we're just weirded out however we got a chance to talk to Mark and Marc calmed us down by telling us that a lot of it was just minimal and again I told him that we didn't have that professional background and we super appreciate you calling us and taking the time to go through the report and tell us that our issues were very minimal and if we were to have them get fixed, all of them would probably be fixed in less than an hour, so like I said before he made it a lot better for us and we were not freaked out by the report. I truly recommend this company. I was very impressed with both installers sorry inspectors and I would definitely recommend these guys if you were buying a house because like I said they went everywhere. I've never seen a report to where the whole house was inspected and it was great to know that these guys were there to do this for us. Also, they have a lot of other services they could do a couple of them are pest control. They do termites and array of others. I believe that they do alarm system systems and so forth and so on, but I definitely would get in touch with these guys. Three days ago I called and requested a follow-up because my husband is seeing ants in his truck (it is parked under one of these infested oak trees).
