I really enjoy coming to this theater. It's always clean and the staff is friendly every time we visit. The concession setup is quick and it's easy to get what you want and then pay at the end. It kind of feels like a buffet line, which makes things move fast. There's a good variety of snacks, but we usually get the classics like a big bucket of popcorn and nachos with jalapeños. The jalapeños come in a packaged bag and there's always plenty. The lounge recliners are comfortable and we love the swing tray tables that come with them. The seats also have heat settings. The temperature overall felt comfortable and I usually run cold (my average temperature is always 97.7°F).  I was in jeans and a t-shirt and also didn't ever feel the ac blasting. I thought it would be since it's been getting warmer/hot out lately. I was in stadium 10, middle of row J, and noticed one of the tray tables was a bit worn down compared to the others. It still worked fine, but parts of it were peeling and I could see how it might scrape someone depending on how they sit or move. It stood out since everything else I've used there has always been in great condition. The bathrooms are clean, which I appreciate, but I do wish they had more kid friendly options like lower sinks or soap dispensers. Even having a small swing step stool under the sinks (I've seen them in other locations around here for restaurants) available would help. It's a family oriented place, so that seems like something that could really make a difference. Not every parent can lift their child up, especially if they're dealing with an injury or holding another baby or other items. I also wish there were sanitizing wipes available again, either at the entrance or somewhere inside the theater near the steps. Overall, this is still our go to theater for family movie days. read more

First time at the movies since before COVID. Love the reclining seats. We have been taking our granddaughter to see movies early in the morning and it's not very full. She loves it and so do we. Nice to do when it's so hot. Unfortunately the last time the row we were in was very dirty. Our shoes stuck to the floor and I had to wipe down the tables. Very confused because we were at the first movie of the day. I chose to go speak to a manager and was very apologetic and came in to take pictures, after she left she returned with a mop and was cleaning the floor. It was obvious the crew before did not do their job. She made me feel heard and makes me feel guilty and d about returning. read more

Century 16 Suncoast is conveniently located on the Casino level of the Suncoast Hotel. These theaters have recliner seating, complete with a personal table and cup holder. The prices for food, snacks, & drinks are typical . All the food and popcorn is already prepared in heated cases, so you grab what you want and pay the cashier at the end of the line. There are plenty of kiosks to purchase your tickets with detailed information on movies and times. You also have the option to purchase tickets with an employee, if you rather pay cash. Good experience overall at this theater. Check I process was easy with tickets purchased online. Concession stands offers good options including pre popped kettle corn. Theatre was clean. My only issue is that when I asked for popcorn salt, the staff member answered me a way that made me question if I insulted her. She told me that they no longer serve popcorn salt to customers. The customer service we received when taking minors to movies was horrible. Although never an issue before, our minors were not allowed to see a movie they we had already paid for. Eventually we bought an adult ticket ; but when leaving the minors there to watch , they were removed from theaters and no explanation was given. The reclining seats are comfortable and offer a heated feature. Tray tables and cup holders offer added convenience. The concession stand offers a full bar for adult beverages. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The only downside is there is no direct access to the theater entrance from the parking structure. It's been a while since we've been here (my previous review was from 2010). We like to watch a movie on or near our 18th wedding anniversary (*but we've been together for more than 20 years and counting*) so we wanted a low-key theater option. The Orleans is always so busy. The Rainbow one is alright, for an older theater. The Town Square one is also pretty popular, too. The senior discount one is Sam's Town, which is clear on the other side of town since we live in Spring Valley. You select the seats at checkout. Matinee price: 9.50 - adults. Children - $8.50. (Tip: get your gift cards from Sam's Club, Costco, and Cardcash.) Friendly staff here. (That is a plus; if you read my reviews, then, you know that customer service isn't always top notch, but I will always note the good ones though.) Online fee: $5.67. You also select the seats too, with this option. Recliners with lap tables - very comfy! You can heat up the seats too. We got there early so it was very quiet. Nothing on the screen. We were the only ones in the theater for a few minutes. Sound: It was excellent. At times the seat was vibrating from the tone of the screaming on the screen. My son felt it too. The bathrooms are clean and quiet; no music is playing. From the parking garage, to inside the casino, and into the move theater, it isn't a hop, skip, and a jump, so you may consider this a bonus to get some more steps into your day. read more

Proud member of the Cinemark Rewards Club. I love coming to this one because it's 4 mins down the street from home and has easy free parking. If you want to catch dinner before your movie they have great restaurants in the casino. Customer service here is always top notch and employees keep it very clean even the restroom is well kept and stocked. I tried the "Delivery to my Seat" option today for the first time and loved the experience. When I arrived to my seat there was a sealed bag with my order ready and EXTRA hot dog condiments, only missing the BBQ sauce for tenders but it's alright. They also have a full bar at concessions which is a huge perk for us adults! Highly recommend this theater, 10/10!!! read more

Our cashier RJ was so nice and made our checkout experience so much fun. We have the Cinemark movie rewards so we also get a discount on snacks which makes it so worth it to come to the movies. The Suncoast theaters are always clean and well maintained, all the snacks and drinks are well stocked, the promos are changed regularly and kept nice, and the theater seats are our favorite in the city. We went on a Sat evening. Friendly staff. Not crowded at all. And they scanned our tickets, and we walked right in (6 of us). We got 2 hour assigned seats and mine had a sticky substance all over it. My friend went to the restroom to get wet paper towels so I could clean the seat. Also, the floors were extremely sticky! Yuck! Horrible! The seats were very comfortable. The volume of the speakers were quit loud. The restrooms were clean and well stocked with paper towels and soap and the trash cans were not overflowing! If you can get past the extremely sticky floors, I'd totally recommend this theater to anyone. read more

Wow. Apparently I've been missing out. I haven't attended an actual movie theater experience in quite some years... shame. Nonetheless, came to this theatre to watch a new movie. Seating is reserved, seats are heated and recline for ultimate comfort. Each seat has a tray and cup holder for snacks, drinks, etc. the concession stand has various sizes of popcorn (you can add butter to your liking), soft drinks, candy and even toys and blankets are available. I'd you want a souvenir of your favorite movie (that's playing in the theater) there are several popcorn tins, cups available for purchase. Such an experience. Nice clean theater. The seats recline and have heat settings for your back. I always get cold in the theater and usually take 2 sweaters to cover up. So the heat option was a nice surprise. I've only had 1 other cinemark location with the heat option at a dallas cinemark. The popcorn was delicious as always. And I. Glad they serve coke products instead of Pepsi Only con, the internet service was a little slow at the ticket counter and concession counter. 1 of the employees did recommend doing a screenshot of my qrs code next time, which I will do next time. read more

The Century 16 Suncoast is inside the Suncoast Hotel and Casino in Summerlin (northwest Las Vegas), NV. Right up until the COVID-19 pandemic and the very moment that I was able to go back to movie theaters I did. Others were apprehensive about it. Understandable I guess. Others were excited that cinemas were "finally" cleaning like they should have been all along as a result of the Coronavirus outbreak fear mongering. Now that the fear has subsided, so has the cleaning. We walked into our small theater room on 6/3/22 to watch The Bad Guys. (It was a cute kid-friendly movie.) Right away I noticed popcorn all over the floor and trash scattered everywhere BEFORE our movie. Some kind of grease - probably popcorn butter - all over my armchair. Bruh. At least there were comfy lounge chairs and a good sound system. One adult ticket ($12.75), two child tickets ($8.75 each), and one senior ticket ($8.75) plus convenience fees equaled a grand total of $46.16. An hour before the 7:35PM show I was able to have my choice of seats... Highly recommend the Fandango app if you go often because of their rewards program. read more

Comfy seats, no unwanted smells, no liter, and it's not freezing cold inside the theater. The staff are nice and polite. I come here almost every month to watch a movie. I'm only giving it four stars because the last few times I went, the soda dispensers looked like they needed cleaning. Nestled towards the very back of the Sun Coast Casino this theatre is what I consider a hidden gem. I'm sure most people prefer the larger theaters in the area, like the one in the Red Rock Casino, and there are more luxurious ones; like the Regal Theatre in Downtown Sunmerlin. But if I'm not going for an IMAX screening (although this location offers their XD equivalent) or a 4D screening, I'll pick this one every time. The location is always clean, the concessions are fully stocked and the staff is always professional. But what I love most about this place is that it doesn't get packed. Maybe it's the introvert in me but I hate going to movies where people are constantly talking or on their phones or just generally being disruptive. So if you want to go to a movie but hate being in a packed auditorium with teens on their cells ruining the movie going experience? Well, say no more because this location tends to be your best bet as not only do they offer luxury reclining seats, they're always clean and their ticket prices tend to be a bit cheaper than the other options in the area but on most nights you can bet that you'll be watching a movie in relative solitude. read more

Needs work! We usually go to Regal DT Summerlin since we are members, but they were not showing The Bikeriders there and we wanted to watch it in a reclining seat. We came here during the pandemic and thought it was nice. Well I don't know what happened since then but no bueno. Besides the seats (which still don't recline all the way and are tight) the rest of the place needs an update. Rugs are coming apart, dirty walls, garbage cans, very outdated feel. The bathroom?! Nice luxury style movie theater located inside the Suncoast casino. The leather seats recline but I wish they would recline more! They even have heated seats, which is convenient now that its winter!! I've noticed this theater is often less crowded than others in the area. They also play a lot of indie and foreign films here which is cool. I've caught a few of these films here over the years. If you come here often, make sure you sign up for Cinemark Movie Club! It's a $9.99 per month membership but you'll get 1 movie ticket credit each month (yes, they rollover) and 20% discount on all concessions when you scan your app/card! read more

Saw Elvis here! Elvis the movie that is. Movie was cheap. Snacks were not. My son had some kind of non-alcholic drink, I had a small bottle of red wine and a small popcorn. $39. Yep...you read that right. But it kept us out of the casino for hours so saved us money in the long run. And I got to tell my son all about Elvis. Hope he understands my generation a little better. I forgot how much I love this theater. I've been coming here since it opened when I was a kid. Haven't been here (or to the movies) in years. We came recently to take the littles to their first movie and it was great! Since we came on a Monday it was pretty empty. Hit the concession and the popcorn was super fresh and yummy. Prices were really fair, and don't forget to use the membership discount from Cinemark...20% off at the concession! Went to the theater room for our movie and we had it all to ourselves. Our seats were clean, comfy, and roomy. Went to the restroom after the movie and it was pretty spotless, very clean! Overall I love this theater. The only downside is walking through the casino area and smoke to get to it. read more

Located in the Suncoast Casino, this is probably the nicest Cinemark that I've been to in Vegas. Staff is knowledgable about showtimes and preview lengths. Their popcorn is excellent. We had it layered and it had just the right amount of salt and butter without being greasy. However, the Coke freestyle had several options out and their Coke was actually flat. We were disappointed as two machines were closed and we had to wait in line for the other one for quite a bit. The seating and movie experience is probably the best. They have the reclining seats that work and they even have a heated option, which can definitely add to the experience if you enjoy that. read more

I got to finally get out and see a movie here this past Tuesday. I guess they have a reduced rate offer on Tuesday, which is a really fair $6 or so to see a movie, even at 3:30 in the afternoon. So I went to see The Iron Claw, and was pretty pleased with the experience. The parking lot is ample, and the seats here are really nice. They seem to have the luxury recliners in all theatres, which is a really important amenity for me. I can't go back to not watching movies in these seats. They're super comfy. And the folks working the concession stand were also really friendly. I am only knocking off a star for two reasons. One, you have to walk through the casino to get into the theatre. Which isn't the end of the world, but this place smells strongly of smoke. Which I really did not enjoy. You don't pick it up once you are watching your film, but having to walk through it is a bummer. And second, the bar was closed even at 4pm. Which I thought was a little bit strange. But it wasn't the end of the world. It just would have been nice to sip on a cold beer during my movie. Regardless, really good spot. read more

I just went to the movies here and I was told that I could NOT bring my empty cup from subway, because they don't allow outside drinks in the theater, It's and EMPTY CUP! After speaking to a so called manager, he let me bring it in, but what the jell, your movie theater is in a casino, people maybe bring in outside drinks from their restaurants, never have I had a problem going to a Cinemark theater and bringing in a drink, they just want you to buy their overpriced snacks!! read more

This is our favorite theatre up until now!! Why!? Easy to purchase tickets, it feels a little old school with the little windows. There was a line but people in line were friendly and started talking to one another. Why!? Because I purchased food at the Bagel shop to eat with my movie not thinking it might be an issue to bring in but no, it wasn't an issue at all bringing in my food and drinks. Why!!
