In my many shows here, I have found the seating to be comfortable and the sight lines good from wherever you may be seated. I was in the first row, theatre left--where I enjoy sitting the most. I have added some of the photos that I took when Phantom, the Las Vegas Spectacular was running. The theatre is much the same as then except the eternal audience has been removed and the chandelier is smaller than the moving one during Phantom. I would recommend the theatre to anyone who wonderedd about seeing a show here. I don't recommend their parking fees. If you are a Nevada resdient you get three hours free parking. There's no way you can get there, see a show, and leave within three hours. That's why I haven't been to a show there for almost a year. It's a shame. Plan to add $20-$25 to the cost of your ticket for parking.l

She happened to come on the opening night and the didn't let people enter into the theater until right before the show due to rehearsal still going on and the production took longer since they had an extended intermission. Staff was still friendly and parking easy. The play itself she said was great. Overall, she had a very good experience.

They have a great main stage area, the ground is covered in indoor outdoor grass. There are several canopies set up for drink vendors and a huge one set up in the middle stocked with beverages, bartenders and lotsa water. Across from the main entrance there are restrooms set up. They are so nice and way better than the port-a-potties. Just to the left of those is the VIP area. It looks like it has a great view of the whole venue. When you come in the main entrance it always has a great police and security presence. In fact the whole perimeter is being monitored and they are visible. They will check bags and have metal detectors, so be prepared. Both concert and community events like the Great Santa Run, were both very organized and the Checkin's for the events moved seamlessly. I like how they will bring in food trucks and some other stuff for concerts and music events. So fun! The vibe is friendly and fun from all who are working. We are always having the best time! The thought and details are so cool and I appreciate them. When you are raving at a concert and the lights are all flashing and jamming with the music as well as the graphics on the building behind the stage. It's really an experience and I Love It!!! We have had good luck with parking. We either park right on the street with in a block of the venue, or we have valeted at the D. They are so close from the entrance and they are so nice. They have a barista and I like to stop in for a coffee and treat. Also, this location is walking distance to many good food options, so we have walked from an event to eat right after. This is a great entertainment venue for locals and visitors. It is definitely something to check out. We will be back for sure.

I ended up going to the ARIA Convention Center for the Fal-Con Crowdstrike 2024 conference from…read moreSeptember 17-19. The conference covered both convention spaces, the East and West Hall. Getting to the Aria was pretty easy. I took the I15 - Flamingo Exit and parked at the self-service parking garage at the Aria. Locals can use their NV license for the first 3 hours, complimentary. The ARIA Convention Center is located on the second level of the casino. It's right next to the Proper Eats food court. There are multiple areas within the Convention Center. There is the east side and the west side. There are 4 different levels, 3rd, 2nd, 1st, and the Plaza level. At first, I had difficulty finding all of the different sessions at the conference, but after the first day, I was able to locate all of the different areas like Ironwood West (3rd West), Juniper West (3rd West), Mariposa East (2nd level), Olvarado East (Plaza). Aria has escalators going to each different level. The food was decent. There was complimentary breakfast served. This typically included pastries like muffins, Danish pastry, fruit mixture, and some sort of breakfast wrap. There was complimentary lunches provided on different days and a Grab-and-Go lunch on the third day at the conference. Coffee was available at all levels. The conference rooms were spacious, and I wasn't too cold, only in a few rooms! The Keynote sessions in the ballrooms at the Aria Convention Center were amazing! Hopefully, I'll get to go to another conference hosted by Aria!

There's plenty of parking both in the back and the front, which made everything super convenient. The wedding itself was incredible. The outdoor space is stunning, with a pond full of koi fish, lovely grassy areas perfect for kids, and a great dance floor. Even when a rainstorm and thunder rolled in, the staff handled it seamlessly -- they all worked together as a team to move the tables indoors so the celebration could continue without a hitch. The bathrooms are a bit limited, but honestly, that was such a small detail compared to everything else. Everyone at Lotus House was so flexible and accommodating, helping the bride and groom stay stress-free despite the weather. All in all, it was a magnificent night in a gorgeous venue, with attentive staff and a magical atmosphere. Highly recommend Lotus House for weddings or any special event -- it truly made the day unforgettable!

Unfortunately, one employee named Laura really put a damper on the experience for several of us. Throughout the night she came across as rude and dismissive, frequently rolling her eyes and acting irritated toward guests. What especially bothered us was how she reacted toward our Hawaiian family traditions and celebrations. We do "cheehoo" cheers as part of our excitement and culture, and every time we did, she would visibly look annoyed or disgusted. It honestly made some of us feel judged and unwelcome during what was supposed to be a happy celebration. That's disappointing because everyone else at the venue was wonderful, which made her behavior stand out even more. I truly hope management addresses this because guests should never feel uncomfortable expressing joy or celebrating their culture respectfully.

We were excited to try one at this location since it's closer to home for us. Compared to the town square location our experience here was lacking. The class was less than half full, however they had everyone squished together for some reason. The class used 7 different paint colors, as such, there was a lot of cleaning brushes and mixing on our palettes. However, the class was given just 1 palette and 1 sheet of paper towel to start. The attendant was not very attentive, requiring most of the class to actively flag her down to request more supplies. The instructor did a poor job explaining how to execute the different brush strokes and techniques. At times she would simply say "push the yellow on". In my other experiences the instructor would describe in more detail exactly how to do it (amount of force, direction, etc.) Additionally, she forgot to mention certain colors she was mixing, noticing when the majority of the class was clearly coming up with a very different color. Lastly, the woman who I assume was the manager was helping the young man working the bar on how to use the POS. He mentioned to her along the lines of not knowing how to close a tab without a tip. She began muttering how "stingy" the customer was for not leaving a tip, mentioning it multiple times, loud enough for us on the other side of the room to hear. Completely unprofessional. Overall I would say the staff need more training and to be more mindful of how they're speaking infront of customers. At the price point these classes are offered at, we don't plan on coming back to this location unless they're able to improve on this.
