Vacancies dont drag forever anymore, tenants actually pay on time, treat the place decent... sounds simple but after what I went thru before it felt amazing. Tenants seem way calmer too. Tenants know who to call and stuff actually gets fixed lol. I also like that I'm not just left guessing anymore. New applicant? I know. Lease signed? I know. Something pops up? Questions would come up and I'd either get no response or something super vague days later. After a while, I just stopped asking and hoped nothing went wrong, which isn't exactly comforting when real money is involved. Once Chambers took over, that changed pretty quickly. Now when I have a question, I ask it and I get a real answer. Not days later. Not after following up multiple times. Just a normal, timely response like you would expect. It sounds basic, but it made a huge difference. What really stood out to me was how approachable they are. I've asked about lease stuff, tenant situations, random landlord questions, even things I probably should already know. I never felt rushed, brushed off, or made to feel dumb for asking. There were also times I reached out about things that weren't urgent at all or weren't technically their issue yet. They still helped me think it through and gave honest input. That was unexpected and genuinely appreciated. At this point, I don't feel like I'm guessing anymore. This was done during the holiday-winter months, which everyone knows is a hard time of year to try to sell a home. She kept us informed and up to date, while we waited. She had a photographer come to house to do a photo shoot for Zillow and other websites. They turned out very well. She felt our home would have no trouble selling, and she was right. She was the only one who kept us informed and on track. She went the extra 1000 miles to help us find the right home, never pushing us or rushing despite us having to back out of a deal. She supported our decisions, listened to our concerns and wants and took our lenders issues personally helping us find a place to stay after our lender failed to close on time. I have rented from this realty company ten times in the last 19 years. This year there were many…read morethings that needed repair in the house ( ladder into the lake and steps leading into the lake) so that it was very difficult to get out of the lake! I filed a complaint last year regarding these two items so I assumed that they would be fixed when we got there this year, apparently nobody read my complaint! I have now asked for refund of some of my money for this house and I've not heard a word except that they are contacting the owners , it has been a week! They did send a repair man out tried to repair of the steps into the water with a string, how does the string hold the weight of a human being? Top step broke while my sister was on it. Bam - down she went and was bruised all over! Me - I fell on the steps from the patio, The third step was broken and was tilted downward so when I stepped on it down I went! We spent two days at The Oak Pond Retreat and immediately wanted to come back for longer! The second time around, we decided to stay 5 days at The Emerald Escape! The homes are beautiful, spacious, and stocked FULL of amenities. Although both homes were located in quiet neighborhoods and felt secluded, they were very close to grocery stores, restaurants, thrift/antique stores (the best i've been to), and national parks/trails! Every room felt neat and clean. The bathrooms, carpets, and the jacuzzi at our second stay felt well-maintained and hygienic. The wi-fi was great and the TVs were super easy to navigate. There was also never a worry of running out of towels or clothes because of the washer and dryer! Great homes ran by even better people. Gailyn and Adam have the best team. They're very warm, welcoming, and inviting. They're consistent in letting you know they're there if you need help and/or have any questions. They're reliable and quick to respond. I cant wait to go back!

They are very personable and genuine, something rare in today's world. They really do care about the guest experience and homeowners, which has been truly refreshing. I can't recommend them enough. If I get the chance to buy another vacation rental in the area I'll be ecstatic if they decide to manage it for me.
