My first statement to her " all I ask is that you be honest and professional with us". She replied " certainly". From day one, she was everything but that. Cathie went as far as writing a second RPA behind our backs, without our approval, and submitting it to the seller. To make things worst, she hired a gardener to show us the property for the very first time. He presented himself as a realtor. I talked to Cathie the first day I made the offer, not knowing she would be out of state the entire time of our escrow. The 35 day escrow was riddled with lies, fraudulent documents, and complete deception. We have done our very best to bring this dispute to a conclusion for the past year, but have came up with negative results. This complaint will now take a turn for the worst, a civil action taken against Cathie Jensen and her broker, followed by a criminal complaint that will take place with our justice system. This house was our dream home, blessed with the fact that our backyard was the place of our wedding. The harmony of our new life together, has been seriously damaged by the way we have been treated here. I have done a very thorough investigation for the past year on this sale transaction, and I have EVERY DOCUMENT, text message, or email that spells out fraud and/or deception. I was highly impressed by the representation I saw. We finally have settled on a beautiful house in truly a wonderful location on a hilltop in Raymond. Our realtor is such a gentlemen and has been there for us throughout the search. As we have come down to the last few weeks things have just gone really weird due to the LP realtor. 1. My mortgage company has tried to call for some clarification and she has ignored them. 2. The owners asked me if we would mind closing at the end of the month and I was eager for this but stated it would be up to the mortgage company as the contract day was April 14th. 3. When the pest inspection was done a small amount of dry rot was noted. During my paid inspector's inspection it was pointed out to me. When mentioning this to the LP realtor and owners the realtor point blank stated that they would cover that repair to my realtor and myself. Now this 'realtor' is threatening lawsuit because WE did not do repairs in a timely manner and because we did not close by March 24th. My opinion is to just be wise and interview your realtor before you select one. There is one running around who is causing a lot of stress for the owners of the property we are trying to buy as well as for ourselves!!

We spent two days at The Oak Pond Retreat and immediately wanted to come back for longer! The second time around, we decided to stay 5 days at The Emerald Escape! The homes are beautiful, spacious, and stocked FULL of amenities. Although both homes were located in quiet neighborhoods and felt secluded, they were very close to grocery stores, restaurants, thrift/antique stores (the best i've been to), and national parks/trails! Every room felt neat and clean. The bathrooms, carpets, and the jacuzzi at our second stay felt well-maintained and hygienic. The wi-fi was great and the TVs were super easy to navigate. There was also never a worry of running out of towels or clothes because of the washer and dryer! Great homes ran by even better people. Gailyn and Adam have the best team. They're very warm, welcoming, and inviting. They're consistent in letting you know they're there if you need help and/or have any questions. They're reliable and quick to respond. I cant wait to go back!

They are very personable and genuine, something rare in today's world. They really do care about the guest experience and homeowners, which has been truly refreshing. I can't recommend them enough. If I get the chance to buy another vacation rental in the area I'll be ecstatic if they decide to manage it for me.
