During this time period Mrs. Schweitzer was extremely condescending and rude to us as clients and was putting unnecessary pressure on us to sell for well below market value. Also, during this time, one of our neighbors was reported to the local town authorities for building violations that he claims happened as soon as the 'for sale' sign went up on our property, said neighbor had to tear down two structures on his property which cost him thousands of dollars...interesting coincidence since we have been living here for 9 years and never had any issues with the structures on his property and would have never reported that to anyone. We mind our own business. This experience has left us in a much stressed state as we feel emotionally abused by this realtor. I don't recommend anyone use this company for their real estate needs.
