This way I would see listings in real time--as soon as they were on the market and continually updated. He directed me to his website to learn more about how his services worked. After a lengthy email exchange (with the most prompt response times on his part ever!!), I had full confidence in Eddie and decided to hire him to help me search. Until then, I had no idea a realtor could help me find a rental. All in all, it was the easiest rental search I've ever done, and we have moved a LOT over the years for my husband's work.
