Old theater that needs renovations. They should get more VIP Auditoriums and play more movies in the VIP Auditoriums. They don't have Imax and not much food available to buy and they don't have freestyle self service soda machines and no alcohol for sale to buy and sometimes they don't have the newest movies playing and not that many times for movies playing during the days and you can't pick and reserve your own seat. read more

Not your average movie theater but it works. Most movie theaters show movies all throughout the day 7 days a week, this one does not. On week days they only have movies after 4pm usually and on the weekend only have like three times to choose from. I don't love that because it makes it hard sometimes to make the certain times they set. Some theaters are updated but not all of them. First time we went we sat in a older theater and it wasn't very comfortable. Second time we sat in a updated one and it was nicer. Wish they had ICEEs over the slushees they offered. Charge for popcorn and candy like any other theater does. It's definitely on the older side and could use some updating here and there to help make it a nicer theater. However this is a small town and this is common for what a small town theater should be and the expectations of what it would be like. If you compare to a big city theater then it eh buy for a small town it does the trick. read more

HORRIBLE customer service. My family of four arrived 40 min early to make sure we got decent seats. The cashier even told us there were 100 seats available. Theater management allows customers to cut and push and because we weren't ignorant and we were being patient all these young adults show up and start pushing their way to the front of the waiting line. Long story short by the time we were able to get into the theater all that was left were front seats which give me motion sickness. So we decided we would watch a different movie if available or ask for a credit for another day. The cashier girl said she needed to get the manager to get us a credit, but the guy that came up to us (maybe the owner) was so rude and condescending. His EXACT words were "are there still seats available or no". He also tried to lie and say it was sold out and we kept others from seeing the movie which I know to be false. There is a way to speak to people with respect, however this guy wanted to fight. He was delighted to tell us no and that he didn't care. I am so disappointed that in our small community where we have all rallied to keep these small business running in this pandemic, this is how we were treated. This guy did NOT CARE one way or another if he lost customers. I am a big believer in the Law of Attraction. What you put out in the world will come back. So because of how awful these people are, that is why my family and I will never go back. We would rather spend the extra time and money to go to Twin Falls or Pocatello***Found out it WAS the owner. How unfortunate it is that he is the person charge of training his team such ugly customer service. read more
