Terrible. If you order go in person. Don't dare order from any of the delivery services Eg uber eats, door dash. I spent 120 on an order that was completely different from what I ordered!! Worst of all they sent LILYS which my wife is allergic to. Cant speak to an in person process but I would suggest ordering in person if you are willing to give them a try. read more

I do not recommend this place AT ALL!!! I ordered online for a next day pickup for 5pm. I get there and they are closed. I spent 10mins calling the store and knocking on the window because I saw a lady in the back. She finally looked up and answered the phone and told me they were closed. I advised her I was picking up an order and I've been here for 10mins. She hangs up, opens the door and lets me in. She couldn't even find my confirmation and the flowers weren't even ready when I got there. She went to the back and put the flowers together while I waited. These are the most pathetic looking tulips I've ever seen in my life. I'm going to post what I asked for and post what I got. I will be taking them back and getting a refund. This is ridiculous and they should be ashamed UPDATE the flowers today my mom advised look better than that nonsense from yesterday, hopefully they continue to go in a positive direction. If you want to impress your recipient, choose another florist. Especially if it's for Valentine's or Mother's Day. Ordered an XL arrangement for my Daughter in Law's birthday. They sent a small arrangement. I could have picked up a similar arrangement at Whole Foods for $40. I spent more than twice that. Feel free to go to 1800 flower and look up the cost of the arrangement. I came here at 5:15pm and it was closed. On the door and online it says they don't close till 6:00pm on Thursday. When I went , there was a lady in the back and saw me and just went and hid. Received an arrangement for my birthday from my mother who lives out of town. FTD used this florist to fulfill the order. My mother purchased an arrangement with 9 roses but I received a lesser arrangement. I called them right away because the filler was brown and wilted on the day of delivery. They rescheduled delivery but then had to put that delivery off until the following day. I got FTD involved and they took care of everything, and had another arrangement delivered by another florist. Sad, that a business would take advantage of an out of state buyer and deliver poor product as well. read more

In my quest to once again patronize a local business, I decided to stop by 800-Flowers/Century Florist to order and send flowers to my aunt that lives in San Diego. The lady that helped me was not the owner, but according to her she was just 'filling in', anyways, she was a bit slow as she was struggling to put in the order in the main computer and at the same time go in the back to search for the particular item I wanted to send to my aunt. I was at the store a total of half an hour and never really saw anyone else coming in, sad. But she managed somehow to get my order right and so I was happy with how nice she was. The store however was pretty cluttered with very little selection of flower arrangement, it's not going to stop me from ordering from them again. I had ordered flowers for my wife on our anniversary from 1800flowers.com, well the flowers she received was not even close to what I ordered!! I was driving by saw century florist with a 1800flowers logo on the sign, figured I would go inside and see if there was anything they could do. Joel immediately asked if he could help which I said not sure what u can do but. I showed him what my wife had received and what I had ordered, he agreed that it wasn't even close. Then too my surprise he brought the picture of what I wanted on the back and made me a new bouquet of flowers that was absolutely beautiful!!!! Joel was amazing and went out of his way above and beyond to make sure my wife got beautiful flowers on her anniversary, which he didn't have to do since the original flowers didn't come from his store. Horrible service. Today is Valentine's Day and my boyfriend ordered me flowers from here to surprise me. When they arrived they were already dead and rotting. I'm not sure how these flowers were even allowed to leave the shop to be delivered when they're already dead. I love tulips and was very disappointed with the sub quality arrangement I received today from this florist. I guess that's what you get when ordering via a national service and not knowing which local shop will actually be putting it together. In his case, even the straw bow was downright ugly. The tulips although fresh were very small and closed. Thankfully the shop owner was willing to make me a new arrangement upon me a showing up in person to complain. Service was slow and unfriendly when I came in saying I just wanted a single flower for my partner. There was nothing up front, and I didn't know what anything looked like, so they eventually let me in the fridge to pick something. I ended up picking three roses (nothing extraordinary) and this was FIFTEEN DOLLARS. For three regular roses and Nothing else (no filler, no baby's breath, Nothing). Top that with it taking a Very long time for them to grudgingly help me, if you call "just check in there" help, as well as to check me out. The flowers were a droopy mess by the next day, which is shockingly quick. I was so happy to support a local florist instead of going to Publix or something. Boy did that backfire. My husband, friends and family have been sending me flowers from this local business for years and I've NEVER been disappointed, so I'm so surprised to see any complaint. The arrangements have always been artistic, beautiful and the flowers have always been fresh and last exceptionally long. Flowers have always been delivered on time. On Valentine's Day, Christmas and other holidays, which often overwhelm any service industry, my husband is exceptionally smart; he orders flowers to deliver the day before so my flowers are a fresh surprise and stand out against the multitudes sent to others at work and the sentiment of the gift stands out and isn't lost in the chaos of the holiday celebration. I ordered a special arrangement through 1800flowers through Century Florist one week in advance, to be delivered to Boyd-Panciera Funeral Home, Hollywood, Florida, Thursday, 03/05/2020. They vowed to deliver no later than 10:00 AM. It was not delivered until I made five additional calls to the ordering agents and funeral home! I called to cancel the order, confirmed that the order had NOT been delivered, and was promised that the refund had been processed. I spoke with several 1800flowers representatives including: John and two females. They MEP me on hold for 15-30 minutes each call, couldn't track where the order was during the call, and couldn't provide me the cancellation number. I then made another order through a local, reputable florist, not being notified that the original order was being thrown together and delivered at the last minute. Now I've paid twice for an item that should've been delivered 24-30 hours ago according to the company's contractual word. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED in the entire experience with 1800flowers and Central Florist! The arrangement looks as if no thought went into partnering the flowers. The arrangement didn't utilize the same flowers or substitute with better ones. It looks haphazardly arranged! I will be requesting a full refund or some type of comparable compensation. I will report to all family and friends this very negative experience and highly recommend NOT using 1800flowers, especially when trying to support a family in mourning. The companies didn't honor their word, and their reputation will reflect this inability to be professional. Evidently my expectations were too high for 1800flowers and possibly with their partnership with Century Florist in Hollywood/Pembroke Pines Florida. DO NOT USE 1800FLOWERS SERVICES. not the greatest costumer service first of all. ordered for mothers day and the flowers that were supposed to be white were half white half grey it looked like dirt but it will not come off it just looked like if they were dirty. horrible. also super small, don't go by the pictures posted in the website they are nothing like it. i did not even get the same flowers that were supposed to be in the bouquet. i'm sure you will find a better place. not worth your money in here. read more
