I wish I had a better picture of the bouquet. In the rush I forgot. They did amazing job. I went to them at 1pm told them what I need and the occasion and I was told come back in two hours. They literally hit it out of the ballpark. It was absolutely beautiful and my daughter was so happy when we gave them to her at her college graduation. They are the sweetest people and I am so happy that I found them.

I placed the order over the phone because I had a hard time placing the order online, due to an error I kept getting while trying to write a note. The lady was very sweet and nice over the phone, she was busy when I first called, but she offered to call me back in a few minutes and she did! I was pleased with her customer service and I even received a picture of the arrangement I purchased once it was done the next day. The arrangement came out beautiful, but in my opinion the arrangement on the picture I saw online, had more flowers like it was fuller. But other than that that, everything was delivered on time and at the right location. She made sure of that I we the phone.

I had need of their services, as I am from another state Colorado, I had to trust that what I was ordering would be what was actually what would be sent. This was for the funeral services of a long time family friend. The funeral home misplaced the plant and the family did not receive it. When I contacted the owner of this shop sha was so helpful, she would not stop investigating until she made this right. This was all right before Christmas and as you can imagine they were very busy but this wonderful caring woman went over and above in her customer service. She was kind, determined and gracious. It was an unexpected surprise and very much appreciated. I you find your self in need of a florist in the area or from another state I could not recommend Joan's Florist any more highly.

Joan's created the most beautiful centerpieces for my Mom's 80th birthday! More than happy with each floral creation so colorful, creative and "whimsical". Could not have been happier!

Originally, I placed my order online. I was so delighted when I received a call from Joan's, calling to discuss exactly what I wanted. Joan's went above and beyond to creative a gorgeous arrangement for my friends. They wanted it to be perfect, even making special trips to the flower mart to find anthurium and birds of paradise! The beautiful arrangement was delivered right away and my friends were thrilled. It is rare to find such service and attention to detail. I had need of their services, as I am from another state Colorado, I had to trust that what I was ordering would be what was actually what would be sent. This was for the funeral services of a long time family friend. The funeral home misplaced the plant and the family did not receive it. Phenomenal customer service. I live in pa and needed to send someone flowers in Hollywood FL, after searching serval places I came across Joan's florist. I had them send me a picture of the flowers, and the arrangement was beyond breath taking, I can't imagine what it looked like in person. Walking in this florist is like going into "Narnia" it's another world you don't expect from the outside. I had a walk in the back to find them and it was like walking in someone's home it was so comfortable and warm. Debbie fixed me up and gave me the most beautiful bouquet for such a reasonable price and then asked me my favorite color,and made me an extra one on the side. Who does that?!? I had ordered a sympathy bouquet and had delivered to funeral home, when I attended the wake that evening I was embarrassed to see how small and wilted the bouquet was. The size was not even close as advertised on line. During the memorial I watched the pedals fall off. Before I left I removed the card off them, because I didn't want anyone knowing I was the one that sent them. Would not recommend. read more

My husband discovered this florist when searching for a local shop to make flowers for my BIG birthday. The bouquet that they delivered was stunning in every way. Their suggestions for the mix of flowers was stellar. I called Debbie and Nancy to compliment on their artistry. A few days later i went to the shop to introduce myself and walked out with another stunning arrangement for international women's day. A friend of mine sent me this exquisite floral arrangement from Joan's Florist. Debbie from the store contacted me on delivery time. She arrived promptly and when she took it out of her vehicle the vase broke. She apologized and asked if she could bring a new arrangement back the next day. ( Mind you it will take her over one hour to travel back and forth to my house.) Debbie arrived as promised. I would highly recommend this company. Debbie is an example of great customer service. Not only was she patient with our exclusive off the menu request, but had great suggestions for other options. Even though, we had an unexpected change of event Debbie told us not to worry about the beautiful arrangement that she had customized for us even after we insisted on paying for it she refused to accept our money. This really left us speechless as it's not everyday that you find such an understanding person with a small business that will go the extra mile to please her customers. Most flower stores I deal with work immediately to rectify the issue, always placing customers first. The only reason I gave three stars is because the flowers were presented nicely. I've never had bugs in flower arrangements. Very odd. And not impressed with customer service.

While the flower arrangement had really only a passing likeness to what we ordered (different box, mostly different flowers) it was beautiful. The white, pink, and orange flowers were gorgeous. In speaking to another florist, certain flowers are currently very hard to source with the pandemic, so personally we didn't mind the change - she loved the final product. Most of them never bloomed, many already looked wilted, and by the very next day the bouquet was practically dying. For the amount of money spent, the quality was unacceptable, especially for Mother's Day. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of customer service. I reached out privately before writing this review because I wanted to give the business an opportunity to make it right. I was told to send an email, which I did immediately, but weeks later we still have not received any response at all. It's disappointing that a business selling flowers for special occasions would provide such poor quality products and then completely ignore customers afterward. I would not recommend wasting your money here.

Just browsing through the internet searching for a florist to support our wedding, I ran across Joan's florist. I sent in a quick blurb requesting a quote and Debbie contacted me shortly after asking to call to discuss my vision. From that moment on the process was so easy. She was able to take our vision and make it a reality. My bouquet was GORGEOUS!!!! The arch and arrangements were exactly what we imagined and we were so happy with the way everything turned out. We get so many compliments on the flowers!!! Even with the impending weather (Hurricane Matthew tried to crash our wedding) Debbie and her team came and set up everything early so that things would be in place in the event they were unable to come in the morning of to set up. They were so accommodating and helpful and really the burden off of a couple trying to plan from another state. They are awesome and made our day amazing! read more

Awful! If I could give zero stars, I would. Their customer service is HORRIBLE! I cannot speak to the quality of the flowers, as I didn't even make it inside. I'm a bride to be, obtaining prices on flower arrangements for my wedding. I visited the flower shop in the same plaza and the proceeded to Joan's. As I was walking in, two women started yelling "you already bought flowers, you don't need to go in there!" They were the owners! I responded that I was pricing flower arrangements for my wedding, but I would not give them the business. Their response was, "we have a lot of business, we don't need it"! If you are a bride to be, like me, I recommend you STAY AWAY! That type of customer service and attitude is the last thing you need, when planing a wedding! read more

There is a reason Joan's has been in business successfully so long. Their "small town" feel is so welcoming and they are a refreshing change from all the chain florists out there. They are truly one of a kind and their arrangements are beautiful. I would never go anywhere else for flowers. Best customer service you will find anywhere! Debbie (owner) is truly wonderful - she is there because she loves it and Nancy will ensure you are well taken care of. I live out of town and needed to send funeral flowers for a man I considered a second father to me. I decided that instead of ordering online (which felt impersonal) I would call a local florist. I am SO glad I did! Debbie, who took my order, was so kind and took a genuine interest in my situation. She listened to what I wanted and came up with the perfect arrangement. I called on a Friday to have flowers delivered to an address that I was not sure of and to a person that I wasn't sure when they would be at the address. Spoke with Debbie who was very sweet and tho they were in the middle of flowers for a funeral (and the holidays) she said they would confirm the address and make every effort to get it there that day or the following Monday. They tracked down the recipient and corrected the address and got it there on time. The recipient was very pleased and said they were beautiful! Joan's came through in a pinch. Love ordering from this establishment. I ordered two arrangements to the same address, and didn't think twice with the delivery charge. 15 minutes after my on-line order was placed, I received a call telling me that I would be credited for one of the delivery charges. Not all florists would do this, or if they did, they wouldn't take the time to call and advise. I came to Joan's Florist today desperately looking for a last minute floral arrangement to pay respect to a dear friend and client that passed away! When I walked in was greeted so warmly and I felt like home. They paused a big order to make space for my order. What a beautiful and affordable arrangement they made for me!! I am not local and chose Joan's based on the reviews. I called and Nancy helped me. She was so helpful and sweet over the phone. I wasn't sure what I wanted but I gave her a price point and that I wanted it colorful! Nancy told me no problem and that she would create something gorgeous. The whole process was very easy and my flowers were delivered next day. The recipient sent me a photo and I was so pleased with how it turned out. Live out of town and need a local S FL florist for family events - highly recommended to me by several family members. Joan's always does a great job with custom orders - they recently delivered flowers to a funeral home with a special letter we sent attached.
