I made a trip to the shop a couple weeks later and met with a young woman who could not have cared less about what we wanted. Still, we picked up some samples and thought maybe we'd move forward. Another visit yielded questions about backsplash and tile (they don't do it), and installation and removal of existing material, which she couldn't answer. I left, thinking she'd get back to me with answers. After two weeks I called someone else (who did an excellent job). It appears to me that the focus is on supplying materials to commercial installers and not dealing with average homeowners.

WILL NEVER EVER WORK WITH THEM, PAID CLOSE TO 8K TO GET THIS DONE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU ARE LEFT HANGING ON YOUR OWN. ONE DEPARTMENT DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THE OTHER IS DOING. THE GENERAL MANAGER REMAINS UNAWARE. After a very uncomfortable tour by the property manager, we have decided to go elsewhere. Her demeanor was is if you were putting her out of her way; instead of trying to lease to three new tenants. During the tour we noticed that there are several markings on the wall that did not indicate furniture mishaps from moving, but more so cracks in the building. Fortunately, we had a lovely tour down the road and look forward to our new home.

I can walk to Wagman's, Aldi's, Target and Wawa. There is a Panera, nail salon, Indian restaurant and juice bar also within walking distance. The Chester Valley trail is steps from the front door which makes it really convenient for walking, biking and running. The building is dog-friendly and it has a very friendly community. There are 2 dog parks, and 2 outdoor fire pits to sit and enjoy an evening visiting with neighbors. Deer and wildlife are always present and it's this park like setting that really makes the property special. The gym has all the equipment and free weights you need, the pool is heated and has a spa. There are 2 BBQs and a coffee bar and fireplace in the lounge area. There is a business center, movie room and a pool table. They also have regular social events for residents to get together. I like the apartments - they have high ceilings, granite countertops, high end appliances and a washer/dryer in each unit. The units are especially quiet and I rarely hear my neighbors. Other apartments we looked at felt very claustrophobic. The amount of natural light we get in our unit is fantastic. We travel back and forth from our home to Malvern and we always stay here. The management is accommodating and they take extra measures to make sure our stay is perfect. I cannot say enough nice things about The Royal Worthington.
