That's on top of being way more expensive and a bigger hassle than you ever get with Foam! The owner reached out to me and ensured that I had a spectacular experience. On a random weeknight, someone came and picked up my bags of laundry at 8pm, and I had it back and was wearing it 4 hours later. I'm a Foam-er for life now!

They don't accurately weigh the laundry. They give out hangers well supposed to be included with the drop off price. If you don't bring em back they won't issue you more or they charge a separate fee. They offer Dexter app pay but fail to tell you that you have to link your card not just add money to get the deals. They do not follow special instructions like hang dry or cold water only and don't guarantee stain removal and put zero effort into proper stain removal. They even tell the regular drop off customers it's cheaper to bring your own products when drop off includes the soap and dryer sheets. April manipulates customers talk real good and all when she id just a liar and her husband Graham just died as he is told. Offer free dryers yet when customers pay by accident they make a huge deal about refunding them if they speak Spanish they shrug it off and don't even tell them dryers are free.

I thought it was very clean and loved that they took card payment at the washers and dryers. my experience the second time has left such a bad taste in my mouth. There were three women working (which is odd). It seemed as if they were doing their own personal laundry or maybe a laundry side business. They had logged into most of the machines making it so they could bypass paying for the machine in use. I happened to find myself at one of these machines which I considered a win since the washers are $9. All three workers came to my washer and one of them stopped my clothing from being washed to ensure I pay for the washer. I would like to mention that it is not my fault that they did not log out of the machine, although it is weird laundromat charging nine dollars per washer let someone wash their clothes while they made the mistake of not signing out of the machine. It's not like I could sign into it causing a payment bypass. The hours are listed on the door as 8am- 10pm, with the last wash starting at 9pm. Although it doesn't seem as if they follow their own schedule considering they asked me to be completely finished by 9pm.
