This place is super clean, from the floors to the machines. I came here to wash a large area rug and wasn't sure which machine would be the best. Joanne was so helpful, she suggested which machine would be best, then walked me through how to pay at the pay point located on the wall using my debit card. Easy peasy! First of this place was super clean, the floors, the machines, and the bathrooms were nice and well stocked. The main lady in there who I assume was the manager or team lead was super nice and helpful. Speed Queen Laundry Laundry mat is clean but I'm not too sure my clothes are. All the washers are front loaders and say double, triple, four and 5 load. No single load and no cold water setting. The dryers are the same and run very hot. No problem shrinking and drying your clothes in less that 30 minutes. I like to wash my clothes in cold water and dry on light or delicate. After I take out my good clothes I turn up the dryer to finish thicker clothes. I noticed hair on my clothes as I took them out of the washer and hair as I folded making me feel like the clothes did not come clean. For sure I know some of my clothes shrank in the dryer. The washers seem new but I like to take care of my clothes so this is probably not the place for me. Felt like it was all looks and no action. They provide laundry service, have free Wi-Fi and two clean bathrooms. The washers take some kind of app or you can get change from the machine and they take dollar coins. It took me about $20 to do four loads. I hope this was helpful. read more

This is a fantastic laundromat haven't sent any bugs nor smelt any funkyness from the washer or dryer and the employees seem to really enjoy their jobs and never hesitate to ask if you need help with anything in here.. the only downside they have is I have caught one creep/weirdo taking a video on his iPhone of the poor older Hispanic women while she was cleaning the soap dispenser part on top of the machines (she was wearing tight leggings and she was bending over to clean the soap part) it's a sad world we live in now a days. I did call the younger boy out on it and asked him if he gets off on this? He just acted like every other loser mf that gets caught and just denied and lied about it all.. I know I should of recorded him in the act but I was surprised myself thinking is this guy really doing this right now?!?? And when I did go to record him in the act he was leaving the mat so that's when I asked if he gets off on it... y'all don't have to believe me or not I'm just putting this out there for the community to keep a close eye on your loved ones and a closer eye on weirdos like this that get off on this type of stuff. It's sad cause the lady was just doing her job ‍ and if ol buddy sees this and has any problems with it.. you see my name, look me up I ain't hard to find. read more

this laundromat has been my go-to for the past year since i've moved to magna. always clean, employees are helpful and kind, the machines (washers, dryers, payment kiosks) are clean and easy to use. i recommend getting the app & joining their rewards program, i've saved a good amount of money through that. 4 stars only because certain dryers have made my clothes smell a little strange lol read more

On my first visit, this place presentation is emaculate! They need to dot the I's and cross the "Ts. The place is extremely clean from the floors to the front exterior of the new machines. However, the tops of the machines had so much dust, your could choke a rat (disappointed)! Although the 1 staff member on duty when I arrived was cleaning the place, it's obvious that the tops of the machine are not wiped down frequently (very dusty). The technology used on the machines is excellent. You can also use coins for the "old school" types, download an app or use the electronic kiosk (credit card facility) available to activate each machine. Although the lady greeted me upon me saying good morning first, I did not feel warmly welcomed, (owner/manager you should work on this as warm welcome goes a long way for repeat business for locals and frequent visitors to the area like myself). The free Wifi is very good here too. Additionally, its great that there is lot of space for you to setup your laptop and do computer work while your wait for your laundry, however, the management/owner has dropped the ball as they failed to put ample power points in the desk areas for you to have power for your computer. A simple power strip on the outside or inside under the desk where the computer setup is, would easily resolve that issue, then this place would be 5-Star from this customer. BTW the sink in the bathroom could use a little attention too. Bathrooms should always be as spotless as possible. because they get high usage in public facilities like this. In closing, when I purchase one of these "cash cow" laundry businesses in the future, mine will be modeled after one like this with the tweeks I mentioned above hand some other considerations. I had to do a quick load of laundry for my puppy's items and when I walked in, man did that place smell GREAT! I wasn't expecting it to be this luxurious. Compared to all the laundromats I've been to, because we're traveling, this is by far the most home welcoming laundromat ever!! It even has a arcade game and a place for you to charge your device! On top of all that, the machines have a touchscreen to customize your wash and dryer instead of being the outdated machines! However, both the washer and dryer machines start at $2 for me. I used hot water for the washer and dryer, $2 each. Washer lasted for 23 minutes and the dryer lasted 30 minutes. It's not pricey to me, it's a reasonable price for a place like this, but this info. might be helpful to others! :) read more

I've recently had issues with my dryer at home and I started my search for a good laundromat. The last time I had been in a laundromat was when I was a young kid so I opted to use the one my family used to go to. It was not the best option. That's when I started searching on Google. Out of the other 3 laundromats I've tried, Speed Queen is by far my favorite. I love all the windows making it feel very open and clean.. not to mention it's also very clean and well kept. I had never payed for a machine with my debit card before let alone used an app that notifies me when the cycle is done. I also found the lost socks sign on the wall with single socks pinned under really funny. I will only use Speed Queen from now on! read more

I had a horrible experience today at this laundromat the attendant doesn't speak English and had no clue how to help me. They racist I once did a delivery for them for Instacart. They acted like I wasn't even there for the delivery they requested items the store didn't have. They gave mean look and 4 stars. now I giving them 1 star for bad costumer service. read more
