During my deployments i was charger random fees, my wife try to fix the problem but was not able to because she was not in the account. They did not honor her power of attorney. Worst company ever. Their Internet is very poor signal. The customer service is the worst service I've ever experienced. If you complain they put you on endless hold. They never fix the problem. They charge you a 10.00 service fee to pay the bill unless you sign up for the automatic billing. Stay clear of them. read more
