We were dealing with major billing discrepancies, incorrect quoted monthly pricing, phone numbers/lines that had failed or been purged, problems with combined services like Netflix, and discounts and credits that either weren't available, weren't corrected, or hadn't been applied properly. By the time we walked through the door, there were so many separate problems tangled together that we didn't even know where to begin. And then we sat down with Sam. I cannot say enough about the level of customer service Sam provided. It was genuinely astounding. He was patient, knowledgeable, thorough, professional, personable, and -- most importantly -- he actually cared about figuring out what had happened and what could be done about it. Sam didn't rush us. He didn't dismiss anything. He didn't give us canned answers just to get us out the door. He took the time to go through issue after issue, explain what he was seeing, make calls, investigate problems, work through solutions, and do everything within his power to get an incredibly complicated situation straightened out. Were absolutely every single one of our issues 100% resolved before we left? No -- and considering the extent of the mess we walked in with, that probably wasn't realistic. But that is exactly what makes this review worth writing. We walked into that store pissed off, and somehow walked out more than pleased, even knowing we still had a few loose ends to tie up. That is entirely because of Sam and the extraordinary amount of effort he put into helping us. There is a massive difference between an employee who simply does their job and an employee who makes a customer feel like their problem has become his problem until he has done everything possible to help fix it. Sam is absolutely the latter. His customer service was fantastic, exceptional, and frankly unparalleled compared with what we have experienced elsewhere. I don't give a sh*#! how badly this sounds like a fake corporate testimonial- it's not. Walk into that store and see for yourself. Verizon/Wireless Zone Rosemount: whatever you're paying Sam, it isn't enough. Employees like him are the reason frustrated customers remain customers. Thank you, Sam. Seriously. You turned what could have been an absolutely terrible experience into one that left us incredibly impressed and genuinely grateful. 10/10 customer service. Sam deserves recognition for this one.

Still great service (I don't have a landline ...just the internet at home). I would have given them 5 stars because I am not sure if it is my computer, modem or them but my internet is not all that fast....I wish it was but I don't need it all that much at home when I have it here at work. I highly recommend them for service. They have always been sincere and helpful. Even with my Mom...if she ever had issues they were very patient with her. :) and solved her problems.
