I called Tom again, not only did he remember me but he made time to come out again the same day!!!! I called my machine rep. he said it was a $800 dollar fix. Tom had it fixed the next morning for $156.00 The service was unmatchable and the price was so low I tipped him another $50. For any of my computer needs I will always go to Mountain Peak.
