We recently moved into the area and needed wifi service for our home. We are very pleased with our wifi installation on November 7th. The technician Drew, was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. He walked us through every step of the setup and ensured we understood our network, and nano beam. We had fantastic service from start to finish. read more

After a great deal of unsuccessful experiences elsewhere, we contacted Teller Wifi, and we are impressed! Pearce came out and worked so hard to solve our internet issues as well as giving us ideas and suggesetions. What a wonderful representative he is for Teller Wifi! He was friendly, professional, and very helpful. He explained everything he was doing for us (and we are anything but wifi techies!) I have used many other internet companies. Teller Wifi is by far the best I have ever used! They have great customer service and my wifi works so good! They also just added a new tower down Teller 1 in Florissant. I pay $114 a month for 40mb's and I get 40mb's! Make the move! it's worth it! read more

This is the best Internet service provider I've ever had, and I've had Google Fiber before. The service is fast, consistently 30 Megs at our very remote house. The service is affordable for the value. I can't recommend them enough. Top notch and and a responsive small company. We've been using them for about a year and it's been really great. read more

Awesome, responsive company, providing high quality internet. We are so remote at our house that our dang phone provider stopped supporting DSL - even the bears would stop by looking for internet connection. With Teller WIFI we now have our nephew, a corporate director, working remotely when he visits us in the woods. In three years + only had one difficulty due to a power surge, and their response was virtually instantaneous and effective. Highly recommended! read more

Living in Florissant is great for many reasons, but one thing that's a pain? Finding an ISP that works faster than dial up speeds. I started off with HughesNet and quickly realized I am paying way too much for a below mediocre service. Next up was Peak Internet, and after three reschedules on their end, they came out and said in fact they could not make it work here. Finally, today I had Teller come out after they told me installing here would be lightning fast speeds. The tech showed up and can make it work, but we have yet another rescheduled appointment because he came alone and could not get on my roof without someone from the company with him. I am sure the service will be great, but I sure wish these companies would do it right the first time and bring the necessary stuff so I don't have to reschedule a bunch of other appointments now. Having said all this, Teller has been by far the best to deal with and the speed should be great according to the tech. If it's not, I'll update this review in a few days. Anyone looking for internet in Teller County should seriously consider Teller as their ISP. read more

Teller wifi is the best ISP my family has ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Highly recommend. We have used every available ISP in teller county, unfortunately the last company we tried was Teller Wifi. I really wish it was the first company we went with. Now its been like 7 months with teller wifi and the service has consistently been 10/10. Brandon who I think is the customer service rep or something is really patient and helpful, pointed me in the right direction with my wifi issue that was unrelated to their service. read more

TellerWifi is a new wireless internet service provider in Teller County, we focus on providing high quality internet to the county. Our focus is on quality service, customer care and reliability. For specialty situations we have a consulting division to support items such as relays and other network configuration items.

History

Established in 2017.

TellerWifi started in fall 2017 to support the community by providing high quality and high speed internet. We provide coverage around numerous areas in the county, but are specifically focusing on the Northern Teller area and the southern Florissant valley.

Meet the Manager: Dan B.

Dan B is the network operations lead and primarily technical support technician. In 2017 we read a survey commissioned by the county called the "NEO Broadband survey of Teller County". It highlighted the challenges faced in the county with connectivity and communication. Our goal is to work to close those gaps and improve the quality of living for people in this beautiful county.

Alonso answered all of my questions and explained how I could hardwire my whole house. Everyone has been extremely nice and the service is great. Now that you don't have to buy a box to transfer recorded shows to your iPad, it makes their service even better. I have the premium and several sports packages. I am totally happy with the value for the dollar. I value my time and I have no desire to buy more equipment and hunt, peck and search for what I want to watch. And then be at the mercy of 18th CenturyLink and their sometimes fast service. I have had one problem with customer service, before they were bought by Liberty Media. They are always responsive and, if you know how, you can get discounts and reduced packages every month. I never have had a technical problem or billing issue that wasn't resolved quickly and in my favor.

FINALLY! After 10 years of waiting for decent, let alone FAST service in Florissant S, Teller Wifi has DONE THE JOB! If you have a clear shot of Mt. Pisgah, call Teller Wifi TODAY. Super fast speeds, decent prices, no data caps, and so far (24 days) pretty darn consistent service. Dan is easy to work with, responsive to texts and emails right away, and they are growing their business to meet OUR needs. Just got setup. EXCELLENT service. I tried Hughesnet, Verizon unlimited over LTE...both don't cut it, or nickel and dime you to death for a few GB's. I tried to originally get ahold of Peak wifi, heard they were good...but no one would answer or call me back...also heard from others there were problems, but thought those were my only choices. Got suggested to Teller Wifi...awesome service, Dan is a great guy....auto pay etc...and close to 100 mbs in Divide!!! Love it, thanks again Dan! read more

We were one of Teller Wifi's first customers and have only praise for this company's attitude and service for us! Dan returned our call quickly and was at our house that afternoon to evaluate our setup. He came back the following day with all the equipment needed and climbed a tree to set up the satellite dish! Their rate is competitive and way cheaper than some! The service has been consistent with great quality during super high winds and winter weather, including heavy spring snow. I called for service after moving to the area and Dan came out the next day, and went above and beyond (literally, upward) to find a signal over the trees. This company is truly service-oriented and it was an excellent experience.
