Communication was great throughout the process and on the day of mounting the starlink, Charlie arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He kept the install looking clean by mounting everything is discreet locations and keeping the wires out of sight. I would recommend Mountain Range Satelitte for anything related to mounting starlink units or satelitte dishes in rural areas.

I had your phone, internet, cable and security service and they don't work CONSISTENTLY, EVEN WITH your POD...my service is constantly down. The touchscreen is always down, the cameras actually don't capture everything AT ALL when they do sometimes work. The internet is extremely slow for the speeds I pay for. You don't have a great peroid for bill pay. I've been without service more than I've had service, BUT I HAVE TO PAY FOR SERVICES I DON'T RECEIVE!!! cable box is always down. I have had the modem changed, cameras changed, touchscreen changed.. but still have the same issues. I canceled the phone because without a working wifi the phone is absolutely useless! I asked then what happens if it goes up they said you just ask what the new offer is . Well I asked and it's the same new, higher rate that my new bill reflects. I have basic cable, that's about 10 local channels and the lowest level of WiFi and it's over $80 a month. So ridiculous. These are the same channels we got for free before cable and there are still commercials!, and the internet buffers constantly, such a rip off! I went to a Comcast office, he could only offer the same deal I have but gave me a number to call to a "loyalty" dept who after 10 minutes of questions and sales pitches gave me the same offer I already have. I just checked other options and they are not available at my location ( I'm in sacramento co, that seems impossible). so my choice is do without or cave in and pay, knowing it will keep increasing as it has gone up $15 this first year already. Can anything be done about these monopolies, does anyone have any suggestions?!

But, with limited internet, streaming is not an option, so I have been with them for 7 years and 3 houses. I love their service. Now that you don't have to buy a box to transfer recorded shows to your iPad, it makes their service even better. I have the premium and several sports packages. I am totally happy with the value for the dollar. I value my time and I have no desire to buy more equipment and hunt, peck and search for what I want to watch. And then be at the mercy of 18th CenturyLink and their sometimes fast service. I have had one problem with customer service, before they were bought by Liberty Media. They are always responsive and, if you know how, you can get discounts and reduced packages every month. I never have had a technical problem or billing issue that wasn't resolved quickly and in my favor.

Took away some of my shows, replaced it with a bunch of nasty porn. 2 hrs later called to get me out of fake promotion! They refused to let me out of contract! They are shady, unscrupulous and unethical! I would NEVER recommend doing business with them EVER!!!! I called to tell them to take the porn channels away, but they refused said I would have to go back to my old rate plan but wouldn't take me out of this unlawful contract! Horrible!!!

They told me to recycle it since it was too old and of no value. I recycled it as Dish instructed. Several months later, they tried to charge me $55 for the equipment. I had to get my credit card involved to void their charge. These guys are dirty.

I have had USA internet and TV service for more than a year. The internet is frequently down for…read morehours or days. Two weeks ago it was down almost every morning, which is when I use internet. The TV quality is worse, meaning poor picture and audio. Did I mention it took a year to bury their cable in my back yard! I was very unhappy 11/3/16 when I turned in my equipment and ask to stop. What a $200 fee!!!! I should have been voicing my complaints instead of being patient. USA is a poor choice. When I installed DirectTV at my other home we were amazed at how much better the picture quality was. Do your homework and shop elsewhere for internet and TV in Pagosa Springs, CO or elsewhere.
