Hunter and Justin arrived promptly for our appointment and got right to work- carefully removing the window frame and broken glass. Then they inserted the new glass panel in the frame and put it back in place. After carefully cleaning and checking for any residual glass fragments (there were none), they were on their way- all within 1/2 hour of arrival.
