After filling out their service form and signing right beside Patrick's name, I emailed it back on 08 Jun. Today Steve calls and raises his voice on the phone and gets rude while cutting me off while talking stating that the form was not signed. I forwarded the email chain to them, which included the signed form and then fired them. This is highly unprofessional and unreliable.
