We live East of Florence about 6 miles. Been here since 2002, started with dial-up internet (only…read moreservice available) that was so slow and weather dependent, that it was closer to "no service." We were all excited to get Verizon internet until we watched our monthly bill go up beyond $300 a month, and that was without watching any movies or other streaming. We found Rocky Mountain internet two years ago and have had nothing but the best experience at what we consider to be a reasonable price. Of late, I've had some issues with it slowing down when sending emails. I contacted the Tech, Tommy, who performed some tests from his bench, and then walked me through some power up/power down troubleshooting over the phone. Long story short, it was the first time in years, that I've called for technical support anywhere, and actually been able to speak to a pleasant person I could understand! We are part time residents of Flathead lake (Polson) Montana. We have been using this company for…read moreover ten years. Since they sold out to Amerigas the service has been a complete disaster. Their customer service line goes to The Phillipines. The agents have thick accents and communication is very limited. We were always told we were on an "as needed" auto fill basis which turns out is not being executed as such therefore when we arrived Jan.28 the tank was at 10%. Our fireplace would not operate nor our stove. Our home uses this fireplace for additional heat and the outside temperature was 29o. Needless to say, we were freezing! Our first call was to Polson Propane (now Amerigas): who told us they refilled with our tank up (12/1/21) about 8 weeks ago. This is impossible as we have NEVER used that much propane and we were not even in the State nor was anyone staying here. We proceeded to make several more calls and they assured us they would be out the next day. At about noon we called and said we were number four on delivery route. They never showed up ! So we called again much later in the day and they said NO they are not coming until tomorrow! Not even a call or text. This is deplorable customer service unlike any I have ever encountered in my 75 years. They finally sent a driver today three days later.... We are leaving this company as soon as possible. Do NOT rely on them for any of your propane needs. When we have met the Delivery Drivers they have been very pleasant and knowledgeable about filling up and quick. It's not the fault of them by any means. It's poor management and solely the fault of this big corporation gobbling up a small independent propane company and not giving a darn about their loyal and long time customers. KristinH
