Please tell me how anyone, other than an inexperienced stylist, could ruin a pixie? If you are going to charge like a high end salon, do better! You kept talking non sense and back peddling and I kept talking over you repeating my questions and of course not getting them answered. The hair dresser that provided service is novice, unprofessional, immature and decided it was okay to tell their customer that their hair was to blame for that outcome. Here is my response to you---- The facts are the facts. My mothers services were to be $75.00+30.00= 105.00 + HST. Your daughter and stylst charged her over $150.00!!!!! I'm no mathematicIan but her services should have rendered $118.65. When we spoke on the phone you did in fact agree and state that she was charged a restocking fee for the second application Of colour. I kept stating to you on the phone, prior to disconnection, that it is not my mothers responsibility to pay for any errors done by your colourists. My mother was not in your salon colouring her own hair. Plain and simple. Own it and just apologize. Learn and grow from this. I do not need to make up unnecessary statements. I am speaking the truth. This is why I'm putting this much energy into this. And yes, your novice stylist said to my mother that her hair is at fault for the first colour application not taking. Who even says that to their clients?!?? So you can back someone you know for 1,5 yrs, however, I will believe my mother who has been legit for over 45 yrs of my life. Post a receipt online for everyone to see. I urge you to show the breakdown. The first colour without any added charges. $75.00 +30.00. I'll be glad to show her debit transaction. Please cut the crap at this point. Stop taking advantage and over charging innocent people to make an extra buck. It's a marathon not a race.

I also got a body scrub, which was fine, but when she used a dirty towel to wipe me off, she hardly got enough of it, I had to clean the rest off myself. Their 'relaxation' area is in the nail spa itself, hardly serene. At least the staff were friendly enough, so the experience wasn't a complete mess, but the services provided we're mediocre despite the name. I called ahead of my appointment as I realized I hadn't specified I already had gel polish on that would need removed. The gentlemen that answered the phone was so friendly and easily made the adjustment to my time slot. Upon arrival to the spa we were warmly greeted. The setting is serene. The staff that did our pedis were friendly and professional. For an outing to treat Mom it's perfect. Otherwise I don't normally spend that price on my everyday pedicure.

However, the reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of the people that work here. Especially Teresa. When I walked in a man was sitting at the front desk and he greeted me right away and gave me information and had me in within about 20 minutes. (Not too bad for a walk-in) Teresa that did my nails was absolutely nothing but pleasant and quite fun to talk to! Very much a genuinely kind person. You don't see that a lot I find especially in this kind of industry. Plus I LOVED her hair. Just wish I loved my nails as much :(
