I ordered new quartz countertops after saving for a long time. My installation was scheduled for 12-4pm, being advised that they would give me a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. I was sitting here thinking I still had plenty of time to disconnect my sink faucet and drains (9:30am). Imagine my surprise when they called at 9:35 saying they were on their way!! I had to scramble to do the work with short notice!!! The young man who came to do the template said he was a previous installer and told me they could get the top in here in one piece IF I moved all furniture out of the way. Never needed to be done as the pieces went in through another entry point!!! While removing old countertop at a pass-through opening, they cut through side trim and did massive damage to the wall!! More money for me to shell out. The hole drilled for the faucet makes the escutcheon plate extend over the sink. The PM told me that most people don't use that so that should be IGNORED and not used! So they tell YOU what to do in your own home!! I was promised that their seams are so well done you would have trouble seeing them. Mere hours after install the seam filler already started to discolor. It sticks out like a neon sign. Also, I was told that this countertop is a mere 1/4" shallower than my original one! WRONG! It is slightly more than 1/2". If you think that is minor, trust me it makes a big difference! There is no way to put silicone spacers between the stove and top with a 1/2" difference. Last countertop was level with stove. One last item...professional installers don't stand in the room yelling "Jesus Christ" over and over when things don't fit right! Just my opinion. Go with a company where the template maker, PM and installers talk to one another!! This group isn't it.

They had to come to my house 4 times for the installation and subsequent repair of my countertops. 2. They were always late (up to 2 1/2 hours) for their appointments. 3. There were 2 issues with the installation. One piece was damaged and other piece was too large. They decided to cut the oversized piece in my kitchen which spewed quartz dust all over my kitchen and living room. I spent HOURS repairing my plumbing and cleaning silicone and quartz dust out of my drawers, cabinets and furniture. 4. One of the owners was supposed to come to my house during the repair but didn't show up. After multiple attempts to speak with an owner I was only able to reach an account manager. They did offer a $50 giftcard which I found insulting.

I feel like 1 star is fair even though the marble countertops we got are beautiful, we had too many…read moreinstallation problems. The first one they fixed-it's not perfect, but I can live with it. (See pic). The second mistake was when they came back to install the backsplash. We paid $250 for a template so we could choose how it would look depending on how the marble was cut. When the installers came for the backsplash, they put the pieces in the wrong place, and had to make cuts in them. I told them they had it in wrong, but they wouldn't believe me. The seam was right in the most noticeable spot, when I was told, and the template showed, it was to be elsewhere. The installer told me to "just put something on front of it". Really? That's not the point, and maybe I don't want to. After REPEATED calls to the company, it's been over two months and I haven't heard back that they will make this right. They also overcharged me, and it took awhile, but they did give us our money for that. Believe the bad reviews and look for a different company.

The fenced-in warehouse had a lovely showcase area and offices. I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable professionals. Their selection of stone in their warehouse is beautiful and large. The pricing is competitive. The salesmen were knowledgeable in construction, so that was a big plus. I found this business on a Wednesday. On Friday we signed a contract and, then, by the next business day, Monday, we had countertops in our home; they also disposed of the old. Every aspect, including plumbing, was managed. NDMG is worth the trip to Harrisburg.

The woman that answered the phone was not polite or courteous. And it seemed like she Was somewhat bothered that I called to ask. This question period period she told me she did not know where you could get replacement feet and bumpers to try home depot. And then she actually interrupted me and said. Have a good day to get me off the phone. If this is the type of customer service that they give you after you buy a countertop, then I would shop somewhere else.
