If my cameras are not working with Expert Alarm, I text George even on a Sunday and he responds with a text within 15 minutes. He's just amazing! Plus the cost is half the ADT so the value is incredible. The service is fantastic and the quality is impressive. They notify me every time somebody comes in the door through a text. Nightly there's a cat that comes into my yard eand there's a photo of him sent to my email. Plus they send me emails and a text every time the gardener is in the yard. I cannot recommend them enough. I have a new construction home and one of my first projects was networking/cabling. I wanted two Ubiquiti APs (one on each floor), several Ubiquiti PoE security cameras, and two CAT6 drops into bedrooms which the builder didn't add. Starlight Tech was able to take care of all of this and the best part was minimal holes in the drywall. There were some small holes that Mike told me about ahead of time, but they were small enough to be covered by standard wall plates. On the day of the install, Starlight Tech was here on time, worked together to make sure everything was done in a clean and neat manner, and made sure everything was fully up and running before leaving. They even came back on a second occasion because I was still waiting to order a final security camera.
