Since they were already working on my truck, I decided to have them fix a paint chipping issue I was having on one of my doors, unrelated to the insurance claim. I'm 100% satisfied with the quality of work they did and even more satisfied with their customer service. I was out of town when my truck was ready to be picked up and they accommodated me and dropped my truck off in my driveway so I could avoid storage fees. from the start it was bad... clearly conveyed what we wanted done on the car and they pretty much ignored the touch-ups we asked for communication between the people in charge like Rudy and Evan who handles claims is awful non-exist we got into numerous arguments and disagreements based on this almost didn't leave any review but felt compelled to warn others we've had work done at other body shops that went way better and the repairs were very good and so was the communication this place acts like it's doing u all the favors when actually your giving them the insurance claim business and they 4 get it's all a shoppable service meaning u can take your business anywhere I stupidly agreed to leave them my truck after getting into a pretty rude heated argument with this Rudy guy and got our truck back with and they didn't do the minor paint touch ups we asked for and discussed prior to giving them our truck and business one touch up looks so bad doesn't match or have shine at all doesn't look like they even tried to sand it down some b 4 applying the paint stupid me for naively believing that the end result would be good after getting into an argument with Rudy they also NEVER bother to call in person to give updates of any kind or let u know hey we can't do what u asked us too like the minor paint touch ups and tiny dent they said they could fix they blame on their internet being down for days for not calling and giving updates really wish we had had a better experience overall but just wasn't the case the Evan guy is ok polite nice but the miscommunication between him, the client, and shop manager is not so good and causes issues/misunderstandings that sadly resulted in arguments read more
