This place is the only place I would trust to get my car taken cared of. With my 2024 Rav4 Prime, Christian and his dad was able to perfectly color match my 3-stage pearl white color. I reached out the day prior, and they took my request immediately and got me in the very next day, which I really appreciated. I came in on Monday to have my emblems put back on after a paint job. The service I requested was simple but precise, and it was done perfectly. The gentleman who helped me didn't originally work on my car, but he absolutely nailed the emblem placement. You definitely need to think twice about doing business with Alpha Auto Collision. I called and spoke with Christian. I was given a range of prices for the job ($850-$1150) I verbally described. I booked a 8 a.m. apt for the next day. I took the morning off work, and while driving to the apt. Christian called to tell me he doesn't come to work until 9:30. Could I come then? I told him he shouldn't have scheduled the apt. I am over half way to Fontana. Can't someone else there look at the car and give me the estimate? Yes. His father will be there. I really liked the father. He reminded me of my father. The father looked at the damage and called Christian. I do not speak Spanish. Christian told me over the phone he would email me a more precise estimate within the hour. I agreed, thinking they were really efficient. About 4 pm I called and told Christian I had not received the estimate. He said he would send it again- he had an incorrect email. The email never came. When I call to ask again for the estimate, the phone repeatedly goes to voice mail. I am disappointed, need to look elsewhere for another estimate, and all that time was wasted.
