Both she and I went in in person to discuss this with the front desk. Yet, the night before the wedding, there were a group of our groomsmen left to try to negotiate with the front desk. The front desk insisted they could not put it on a card with someone's else's name, though this had been pre-arranged and the HI manager/staff never once mentioned that before. They insisted on getting credit cards from different people for each room. The next day, my mother in law had to go in to confirm once again that she wanted the rooms on her card (and give them a piece of her mind). We all agreed this must have been the most business ever done by this Holiday Inn and, unless they improve their management, I don't see them contiuing to get much more. (And, for the record, the guests who did get rooms and manage to stay without getting hassled, said the rooms were quite nice for the price.)

Big bathroom, nice work area, nice TV with regular Direct TV (no trapware). and a quiet heater. 2 pillows for each sleeping spot, one labeled soft one labeled firm. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great - cinnamon rolls, pancakes, eggs, muffins, cereal, juice, good coffee, sausage, ham, and hard boiled eggs. All free. Only complaint was the shower head. Lots of hot water but it was an adjustable head with 3 flow patterns, too hard, too soft, and WAY too soft. Small complaint though.

After reading the great Yelp reviews, I contacted Adrian to arrange a late-night pickup from Albuquerque to Santa Fe on a busy Thanksgiving weekend. Despite the short notice, he kindly fit us in. Adrian and our driver, Brad, stayed in constant communication with us and our daughter throughout the entire process. When her flight was delayed even further, Brad remained in touch, adjusted the pickup accordingly, and made sure she arrived safely in Santa Fe. Our most precious cargo, our daughter, was in the best hands. We are deeply grateful to the Certified Airport Transportation team and recommend them without hesitation. Super-nice and super-kind, very reliable and on time, and their vehicles are always very, very clean. I also love the fact you can call them on the phone and speak to them that way, if you want to, because that's the way I, personally, want to communicate...by talking into the phone, voice-to-voice. I prefer communicating that way, and they welcome it!! I'm so grateful for that! Whatever the customer wants. I'm so glad they offer all forms of communication. They are always accommodating and sensitive to whatever the customer's needs are. This includes if you need extra time getting in and out of the vehicle and getting settled...they are SO nice about that and never rush you and they do help you in any way they can. Though we had given a tentative schedule and pick up times upon arrival, when our schedule changed they accommodated our needs with minimal to no delay. I highly recommend Bernard's Transportation. We will definitely call them the next time we're in Santa Fe.
