Once upon a time, this Faerie Queen visited the very busy city of Cerritos. Used to be able to call Sheriff Dept and give info they'd provide a temp overnight parking permit. Now they've automated with online application and I've spent 3 hours trying to obtain an overnight parking permit. It's not working due to software issues & there's no one to assist after business hours. I Called Cerritos Sheriff and they said if you get a ticket take it up with parking enforcement. You'd think in an emergency situation for parking the city would have a go to plan for it's citizens. Very Disappointed how insensitive the City of Cerritos has turned into when it comes to assisting it's citizens in emergency circumstances.

I've been debating about putting this park on the map! It's always empty and peaceful.. lol so I…read moredidn't want to share!! But I will... Their summer program is a great getaway for kids 11am-4pm. My 6 yr old was able to grow and become his own little responsible person meanwhile his big bro was at another camp. 5 yrs and up you can dropped them off with lunch. They have friendly young adults that interact with kids, play games or basketball, watch movies, security guard on site which I thought was cool. Brianna and Pete were great! **Afterschool program available** Clean restrooms Pokemon stop plus gym Great for walks, exercise (no equipment) Nice playground with swing and slides Picnic tables One of my favorite parks! The whole park is clean and well maintained - no trash scattered on the ground and parking lot. During the week there are not a lot of people exercising and playing sports. The only time I have seen it pack is when people stop by to eat their lunch at the tables. There are not a lot of tables and chairs to hold a party so you definitely need to bring your own. There are no coverings for the tables and very little shade. The playground is never full and they have a variety of equipment to play from. If you want to train your dog I suggest this park as I have not seen plenty of pets walking or playing. You can have a whole grass area to you and your pet to train and exercise during the early hours before crowds arrive. The parking is small and I have seen people park in the neighborhoods across the street - be careful you do not get a parking ticket. This park is not in street view and you will miss it if you are not familiar with the area. The location is towards a neighborhood which is nice as there are little traffic and parking is easy. I would skip this park for nice, professional photography there are no beautiful landscapes or art anywhere in the park. All you have are trees (which are very little in the whole park) and green grasses.

Very cool and refreshing to avoid during a hot summer day!! There are a lot of beautiful spaces to…read moresit down at to study, read, and do work in! I enjoy how strong the AC is in here and the staff are also very friendly and informative. I was assisted by the male staff here who gave me great tips especially with handling multiple library cards!! (I had to open a library card here as I didnt have one for this branch!) There's outlets everywhere, even next to chairs, which are super handy. Reminds me of my university library with how modern the lighting and furniture is, but way cleaner!! Lots of activities and clubs too over here such as Lego club or Chess club. Just gotta pay attention to the many flyers being displayed around. The hours here are pretty good and the Wifi speed is pretty handy. I don't really pay attention to how loud or quiet it is in here since I usually just keep headphones/earphones on.

I've been coming here to study and it's been wonderful! You…read moredon't need a library card to come in and use their WiFi or to reserve a room but I'm sure the process is simple and quick. There are multiple tables and work areas to use and almost every table will have an outlet attached or within reach. They do not allow any food in the library but drinks are okay- I bring in coffee or matcha without any problems. Reserved rooms are for 2 hours but the wait can be a while so sign up early! The remaining areas are pretty quiet to work in but it does get louder than library noise from 3-5pm on weekdays when the students from the nearby school come in. Bathrooms are clean and it feels pretty safe. Definitely would recommend anyone who needs a place to get their work done.
