Guys don't come to this place, extremely unprofessional. My mom made an appointment today, January 17th for 11:30 AM, but on Wednesday this week, they called my mom to let her know there was an opening at 7:30 AM so my mom said it was alright and we switched to that time. The weird and suspicious thing was that before the new time for the appointment was made they had only sent confirmation for the time at 11:30 but not for the newly agreed time at 7:30. We got there 10 minutes earlier & we wait. Apparently on iPhone maps AND google maps it's closed on the weekends and opens at 9 AM which is SUPER weird. All workers got there at 8 AM, and other clients had gotten there around the same time we had arrived. My mom goes in and already the front desk lady is unprofessional and rude, my mom lets her know the whole situation and she responded rudely saying that no one called my mom to change the time and that she was the one who calls & confirms the appointment and time, and that they open at 8 AM. This was our first time here, our dentist recommended this place and another place in Riverside, so we just went to this one because it was closer and I needed to get my molars extracted. That's another thing, the appointment was for molar extraction and they didn't even let my mom know if this visit was for a consult or the extraction. Honestly extremely unprofessional, rude, would not recommend this place. Will be going to the orthodontist in Riverside. To the workers, change your hours to ACCURATE working times you have instead of putting the wrong hours and days. Do a better job of being professional. read more

Terrible!!!! Don't waste your time or money. I have been waiting for a crown for the longest after being mistreated by the doctor. The crown that came in apparently was the wrong size and the staff found it comical. Now I'm waiting for a replacement and I have called several times to get a different response each time. My favorite response was "The girls are looking for it in the back". This is what you tell a customer who has paid out of pocket for a root canal and crown replacement. And let's not forget every time I called they said they would call me back. They didn't. But I'm not surprised. Piss poor service. You want to know who you're dealing with? Let me tell you exactly what you're going to hear, you're going to hear the assistants and the doctors talk about your care in the hallway for everyone in other rooms to hear, you're going to see other people's profiles and X-rays on the tv screen in front of you and the computer behind you. HIPAA Violatio! The Doctor even went as far as having me wait over an hour before numbing me because "she was not going to treat me for free". She literally said this to the assistant in the hallway after I had been prepped and waiting for over 30 minutes in the chair. To make matters worse I already told them I was paying up front out of pocket. But this white Doctor took one look at me smiled in my face and assumed I was too poor to pay for services. I'm still dealing with this terrible office because I have to wait for my new crown to come in and my temporary crown has fallen off several times. They request you to do x-ray every six months if you want to do a machine powered clearing. If you don't want to do x-ray they will just do very simple cleaning. Including putting a paint on the teeth (polish) - rinse - a not general floss - manually scratching on my teeth with a tool like 1 mins. I basically can do all of them if I have the paint(polish) at home! I asked if I can get the machine powered cleaning tools. The answer was no, unless I can do x-ray. That doesn't make any sense to do x-ray every six months! And my insurance only allows me once two years. Definitely not recommend to anyone. I'll change to another clinic. read more

Gave a star because it is clean and the technology is good. The aid and "dentist " I doubt are credentialed based on the service provided. With Medicare you get teeth cleaned twice a year.... no charge... but these pushers managed to ?clean? My teeth in under 10 minutes... rinse with floride?? Which I told them I didn't want.. then charged me $100.00 for the rinse. If you are brave enough to go there just know you will be scammed! read more

I called in the morning to interview the staff prior to visiting and found the receptionist warm and willing to answer my inquires. She told me that all the Doctors of Dentistry had their training at UCS Dental School. An appointment was made, and my wife and I arrived at noon-the same day. I was met by a pleasant receptionist who quickly took my information, and made us at ease regarding our first visit. Prior to arriving, the office staff had vetted my wife and I, and cleared our visit with the HMO insurance, so there was little paperwork to be completed. As soon as the paper was done, I was escorted back to begin my visit. The initial x-rays were digital so no wait time for development. Dr. Farzan was professional and attentive, politely waiting for my answer as he probed my medical history and completed his assessment. He worked at a nice pace, always making sure I was comfortable. Between my tooth repair, and cleaning, as well as my wife's dental care, we were both out in about 3 hours. I think we've found ourselves a new Dentist. We'll be back... read more

Excellent service! I've done quite a bit of fillings, but I feel that the fillings from this one has been quite thorough. He really took the time to contour my teeth, and there was even this micro-brush that I had to grind and bite on after my fillings was done.
