When I asked if they were able to do something his response was "you're the boss!" Selvin's team is prompt and hard-working, showing up on time every day ready to work. I had to reschedule my flooring job with short notice for a trip out of state and they were able to squeeze me in a week earlier than originally scheduled. It was a tight schedule, only four days for the whole basement, but they were able to get the job done early! I couldn't recommend City Painters more for all of your remodeling needs! Juan immediately responded to my text and came to my house the very next day to see the project. He provided the estimate quickly and was honest from the start, letting me know he was booked for three weeks and would complete my job on a specific date and time. The day before the appointment, he texted to confirm, and the next morning he arrived at my house right at 8 a.m. He covered everything carefully with plastic to protect my furniture from drywall dust, completed the repair perfectly, painted the entire ceiling, and cleaned everything afterward. He quoted me over $10k for $800 plumbing work and over 11k for 4k electric panel work just to name a few. Edvin charge 6% tax on materials and 6% tax on labor for each quote separately. I had to terminate him because of poor quality service and not willing to do what the customer wants. He just wasn't to do what is easy for him. He tried to cut corners as much as possible. We couldn't be happier. They did the work almost a year and a half ago and they job they did still holds up well. They painted, removed wallpaper, installed a half wall, removed a built in bookshelf, helped to make two bathrooms presentable by replacing toilets, sinks, fixtures, and just made the house nice again. The windows always sparkle, sills thoroughly cleaned, such a great experience. Since then they've also cleaned our gutters, and power wash the exterior of our home. Jimmy and Erik were here all day yesterday, working non-stop to take care of all of the above - gutters, power washing the house, the deck, the front porch, even the side-walks! And the windows look great! We have never been let down by anyone at Flores and it's really a comfort to know they are there to take great care of our home.
